We had a great experience. It was my daughter 1st time having her eyes examined and the doctor was great at explaining his every step to her. When it came down to picking out glasses Katelyn was a ray of sunshine. Her customer service is top knotch

Katelyn was wonderful!!! She made sure I was okay with my glasses before I left, she explained the importance of me getting use to them. The lab guy was very informative as well. Dr Brown was amazing I'm going to miss him although I only seen him once, he explained to me that my vision had changed due to me getting a little older. He also mentioned that he would be retiring this year so my next appointment next year I will not be seeing him. I am sad about that because he was amazing. He informed me when I get my glasses to make sure that I can see crystal clear before I leave. The manager at the Statesboro location I cannot remember her name, maybe Jennifer or Jessica she was simply amazing Very friendly and caring she is definitely a great leader for her staff because the atmosphere and the environment is a reflection of her and they all are wonderful!!! I definitely recommend Eye mart of Statesboro to anyone and everyone.. I have visited my eye Dr for years. I will continue to get my eye exam and refer all of my family and friends to Eye mart of Statesboro. They were simply amazing.. And you are able to get your glasses the same day!!! I highly recommend!

Katlyn & her manger at Eyemart gave me an my mom exceptional service.. very kind and patient could ask for better customer service .. keep up the good work! an the great part you get your glasses in a hour or less and the prices are reasonable compared to other places !

I've always experience great service from Eyemart Express but never been to the location in Statesboro and it didn't disappoint. It was clean, speedy service and the staff all were helpful and friendly. I got my daughter glasses within 33 minutes and was took at least an hour. I'm telling you! To get an eye exam and your glasses same day is why you need to go to Eyemart if you were considering.. I tell you the truth! You won't be disappointed either.

The staff at the eye doctor section was super unprofessional and had everyone on over a 2 1/2 hour wait. The people who create the glasses for you are more than helpful and I give them 5 stars, but not the actual eye doctor. If I could give zero stars I would

Great experience! I had my eye prescription in hand and needed a new pair of glasses before leaving town. I was hoping to get a week turnaround since my script required bifocals. I was warmly greeted upon entering, and Katelyn immediately began helping me and inquiring about what I was looking for. She was exceptional! I picked out two frames and was told it would only take two hours for completion! I had waited two weeks at the optometrist to get a pair of glasses that never fit me well. Katelyn was engaging throughout the whole experience and my glasses were ready, correct and completed within two hours! Would definitely recommend Eyemart for your glasses!
