Huge thanks to Trish helping me select the right frame and glass on Feb. 24 2026. She is so organized and professional during my appointment. I really appreciated how thorough she is in answering all my questions about glass and frame and she helped me pick out a perfect frame. I look forward to seeing her again when my glass is ready in 2 weeks. Also, many thanks to Dr. Condon for checking my prescription from last October. He is always attentive to his patient.

I have been a patient of MyEyeDr in Statesboro for the past five years, and my experiences with Dr. Condon have consistently been excellent. He is methodical, thorough, and takes the time to clearly explain each part of the examination. His professionalism is the primary reason I have continued returning. That said, I did encounter a change during my most recent visit that I believe is worth noting. My new glasses--priced at over $600 without insurance and still approximately $250 even with my vision plan--previously came with a cleaning cloth, a clear frosted die-cut bag with the custom logo, and a small bottle of lens-cleaning spray. Several years ago, a technician specifically advised me never to use Windex or household cleaners because they can damage the lens coating, making the proper cleaning solution an important part of lens care. When I picked up my glasses this time, the bag and cloth were provided, but the cleaning spray was not included. I was informed that it is now sold separately for approximately $3.50. While the cost of the cleaner is minimal, I believe it should be included as a standard courtesy--particularly when patients are paying several hundred dollars for eyewear, even after insurance. The branded bag has limited practical value, but the cleaner is essential for maintaining the lenses according to the guidance provided by their own staff. I continue to trust Dr. Condon and appreciate the quality of care he provides; however, I hope MyEyeDr will reconsider this change in their dispensing policy. Providing the cleaning spray would demonstrate attention to patient experience and align with the best practices they recommend.

We had an excellent experience at MyEyeDr. in Statesboro, and I especially want to recognize Trisha. She was absolutely wonderful--friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. Trisha took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. Her positive attitude and genuine care truly stood out and made my appointment stress-free and enjoyable. Customer service like hers makes a big difference. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location. Thank you, Trisha, for going above and beyond!

I had a great experience with Trish at MyEyeDr in Statesboro. From the moment I started looking at frames, she took her time and was patient in answering all of my questions. She never made me feel rushed and offered suggestions throughout the process of picking out my new glasses. The staff here is always great, but Trish went above and beyond!

My experiences with Dr. Condon have consistently been positive. He gave me the most thorough diabetic eye exam I have ever received and explained everything more clearly than any doctor ever has before. Ms. Hayley especially has gone above and beyond in helping me find the correct contact lenses, making the process feel welcoming and unhurried. I will continue to trust Dr. Condon and am grateful for the quality of care he and his entire team provide!

Everything when very smooth! I was greeted by Miss Amanda promptly as I arrived for my appointment. Dr. Cone was very thorough in making sure my eyes were healthy and that I got the right prescription. Alana was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful with picking out my new glasses and explaining the different options to best meet my needs. I would highly recommend checking out MyEyeDr in Statesboro, GA !!

Love the staff! The physicians are incredibly knowledgeable- especially Dr. Robin. I love how clean the establishment is and how friendly the sales ladies are. I do wish they had more affordable options for frames & lenses but overall it's a wonderful place!

The whole experience was great. Booking was easy, Dr. Condon was very thorough and kind, and Hailey worked some magic to get the most out of my insurance coverage!
