Stanton optical is a rip off. I had my eye exam there it was fine. The part that was missing leading is the frames they fail to tell you about the 2 pair for $79.99. So I picked 2 pair of frames both was $199.99. So I asked for something more cheaper because I have never in my life paid $200 for one pair of glasses. They feed off ppl with insurance to try to get more money out of ppl. I will definitely be finding a new place to go. I also had a credit there of $100 and they tried not to give it back or apply it to my order as well they need to do better. The manager she just don't want to tell anyone about the cheaper frames they offer.

Staff was very friendly however the optometrist appt is virtual and the first one I saw was rude and impatient. The computers kept breaking down along with the virtual appt. So, I never got to finish my eye exam. After being in the office for almost 2 hours, I just walked out. I was very disappointed

My overall experience was very poor. They shouldn't accept patients on days when there isn't an in-house doctor available for questions. I was informed that I'd need to come back another day if I had any medical queries. The virtual exam felt rushed, and my request to slow down was ignored. Additionally, I noticed that there was no cleaning of equipment between patients. As a result, I left without clear answers and will have to visit another clinic to verify my prescription. This visit was a complete waste of time and money.
