I can't say enough about Chuck. He is so helpful and honest in helping me choose frames. He truly knows what looks best with your face shape and won't try to sell you something expensive if another less expensive frame looks better.

Went to three places and returned to Family Eye Care. I was so glad to finally get glasses and Rx sunglasses after cataract surgery and this was the best service and return time for both pair of glasses. Vince was professional and helpful, very patient with my questions and I am so glad I went there. I have worn glasses since I was 3 years old and never sunglasses but I have to say expensive, but worth every penny, the Maui Jim Rx sunglasses are my favorite and the other pair of glasses are as well. They have a wide selection and are willing to make this ole gal see better again. I highly recommend them.

My first experience with Boomers was today when they adjusted my glasses that I had bought online. The customer service was excellent. I feel like most eye places are rude about buying glasses online, but I got no fuss for asking to get my glasses adjusted (they did it for free too!). My friend speaks very highly of them as well and their flexibility and pricing.

Far and away the best opticians in the area. I have a complicated prescription and this is the only place I've found that consistently gets my glasses right on the first try. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful and there's a great selection of frames at a range of prices. I have had several pairs of glasses made here over the years and have always been very satisfied with service, quality, and price. Highly recommend!

I've been coming here for years, never been disappointed! When I took my elderly mother to Dr. Laircey last year during the pandemic, I was so happy with the treatment of Mama. He explained to me that new glasses would not help her situation much because some of the vision problems she was having was due to the horrible disease of dementia. We decided to get new lenses in hopes that any help for her would be huge . The technician who helped us pick out new frames spent a lot of time with her. He listened intently while they talked old times. She left there happy and I was so happy with the "visit" especially the respect and care that she received.

Very well run business with customer oriented staff. I have always been treated kindly, and have had all my questions answered with satisfaction. I had trouble with picking out a frame for a new pair of glasses, and Chuck was extremely helpful. Any time I need more contacts, they are given or ordered promptly, and I get a courtesy call that they are ready. Their adjustments, when my glasses get miss-shapen or don't fit right, are always on-point. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

My husband went in to the Boomers to buy new glasses--which would have been at least a $600 purchase. We have been loyal customers for over 20 years. When he entered the store, no one was wearing a mask nor using sanitizers. When questioned, the owner said they would not do so until "ordered" to. He rudely responded to questioning as to why not by remarking that "that's YOUR choice, Sir." Indeed it is. SO--these "health care" workers do not appear to care about your health. We have taken our business elsewhere--where precautions were used and the fitting was better. Probably got a better deal as well!
