My Eye Dr :Cauley Steve OD

I've been going here since 2014 with 4 members of my family. We've never had any sort of issue until 2 weeks ago. I was picking up my mom's glasses and my glasses when they had told me that they had only ordered the lens. I asked the young lady who was helping us, to order the frame as well. the manger came out of nowhere and told the lady to stand to the side and that he was going to help us. I still don't understand why he came over if no one asked him to. He then proceeded to talk to me in a rude tone. I literally just asked why my order was wrong, but he started yelling at me saying that it was all my fault and that his workers are NEVER wrong. I told him to be respectful and that everyone is human and we all make mistakes. He instead told me to cancel my order if I didn't like it, so I did. This is the last time I'm ever going back to My Eye Dr. I would love for someone from Human Resources to contact me because this man doesn't deserve to be the manager.

I have been going to My Eye Dr. here for years and all of the doctors have been nothing short of a pleasure to work with. They have helped me in a panic more than a few times and are very easy to talk to. They also tighten and re-align your glasses for free here as well.
