My husband and I have been going to Caris Eye Centers for years. Dr. Borgnini and Dr. Emely are wonderful and give you exceptional care and lots of helpful advice, and our eyeglasses are perfect every time. Angel, the optician, at the Suwanee office, is very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting frames which can be a challenge. Ciara and Tonecia at the front desk are so personable and helpful as well as the entire staff. Thank you Caris!!

UPDATE August 2025: Angel, the optician at the Suwanee office, was very helpful in finding me new progressive trifocals. My previous progressive glasses were too heavy and never worked correctly for both reading and distance. These new glasses are lightweight, work perfectly, and there was almost no adjustment period. Thank you, Angel!
Both Caris Eye Centers are exceptional, with excellent eye doctors and staff. My husband and I used to go to the Johns Creek location, but we moved and now go to the Suwanee office. Dr. Emely is great, and skilled in handling unusual eye problems. Staff is warm and helpful; appointments are efficient and easy. Highly recommend Caris!

Super clean and welcoming practice. I saw Dr. Borgnini and she was excellent. Listened to my concerns did a very thorough exam with only the necessary tests required. The staff is prompt, professional and caring as well. I highly recommend Dr. Borgnini not only for her knowledge and acute observations but also for her caring and concern for her patients. You will feel the difference!

I've been going to Caris for years. But will be looking for a new practice. Dr Borgnini is GREAT! But the front desk team is NOT! I got an email several months ahead of my annual appt. Scheduled an appt online. Adjusted my schedule accordingly. The day of my appt, got a call stating they needed to cancel my appt & reschedule. I said OK. Never got an email or text confirming the new appt. Today got a call stating there was a "timing" issue with my insurance and my appt will need to be changed. What appt? Nothing was ever communicated to me! Plus the insurance issue was with my wife's policy - not mine. Called to figure out what's going on. Person who answered was curt (there's a difference between being to the point and curt). I'm busy, I don't have time for cancelations. This is not how you treat long time existing customers. You lost this client and most likely my wife. I know you'll put a note at the end of this review apologizing for poor customer service and that I can call if I want. If you really want my business (and if you care), you'll call me NOT tell me to call you.
