I just had my first visit of 2026 was at Suwanee / McGinnis Ferry location. The front desk lady was pleasant & helpful. Wait time was great! The Technician & Dr Catherine Min were just amazing and friendly . The Dr listened mindfully & took care of my concerns. I was very satisfied with my appointment. I would definitely refer family or friends to go them & get your own experience. Thank you Thomas Eye Group

I am a 70 year old gentleman blessed with 5 children and 12 grandchildren who spent my morning with the staff and Drs at Thomas eye center. Everyone was a true professional and extremely courteous. The exam(s) were carefully handled and provided education while administered. Afterwords my Dr further tested and provided a concise assessment. I am therefore very comfortable with the recommendations and future direction. I look forward to continued reviews and will bring the entire family, as early diagnostic tests are of value for proper eyesight and health. I recommend this profession highly and have been to two of their locations so far.

I always had a great experience with Dr. Glenda Brown. She takes time, examines thoroughly and gives great honest recommendations, I don't mind even if I have to wait a little longer to see her because she is thorough and I am sure she is doing the same with everyone else. I've been coming here for about five years now and have always gotten great care. Everyone here is professional, knowledgeable, and kind. It can be a process to get through the whole experience, but it's much better than going to the drive-thru, dock in the box "eye edition" (Meaning the cookie cutter, big company, eye exam places.) Dr. Glenda Brown is very good at what she does and she is very caring, thorough, and efficient. The only thing that can be frustrating is the experience can be a little slow, but during these times of being short staffed, you just have to pack your patience and deal with it with a smile and understanding.

DO NOT GO HERE. They do not apply your benefits properly and there's always an issue with the prescription once your lenses come in. The appointment ends before you feel like you found your new prescription. I have low confidence in the way this place is run from exam to getting the right prescription and billing. There's alway a mistake. I've been wearing glasses for four decades and never had an experience like this. I've stuck with Thomas eye for years and have been very graceful with mistakes but I can't take it anymore. Avoid the frustration... go somewhere else.the people who fit you for glasses were awesome. They were just wonderful, but that doesn't matter if you can't get your right prescription or billed properly. Also, the front desk person was so mean. I sat in the waiting room and overheard her speak so rudely to an older woman. The old lady was not sure how to use the self check in. When she asked for help the front desk lady made her feel stupid. It was sad. I wanted to scream at her. My heart broke, and when I was getting up to help her, she finally helped her but made her feel bad.

The technician who did the initial examination was excellent! She was friendly, professional and explained every step and answered all questions. And Dr Brown was friendly, so very thorough and asks great questions to make sure she has a clear picture of my overall health as well as eye health. Can't say enough good things about my experience at the Suwanee office.

This is the 2nd time I've had issues requiring urgent eye care. The Thomas Group always manages to see me in less than 24hrs greeting me with smiles. They are thorough with exams while taking time to answer any questions. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Min is extremely thorough and very friendly. Our whole family uses her. Also, their contact lens tech, Millie, is great and also very thorough in making sure the contacts work well for each person. Thanks for the great care!
