From the moment we walked in the staff was amazing! Further, Dr. Mixon, took her time and explained things to us about our son's vision that had never been explained to us. Now we have clear understanding of his vision and a plan to get the best outcome. This place has been a blessing!

From start to finish, our experience was exceptional. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, the clinical team was kind and attentive (Claudia was absolutely wonderful!), and Dr. Mixon was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly patient and clearly experienced in working with children of this age (son is 3.5) , which made such a difference for our family. We felt comfortable, cared for, and confident in the care provided. I truly couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend this practice!

Took my 3 year old for an exam because he might have astigmatism and they confirmed it here.
Janette was super patient with him even though he cried because he didn't want the drops in his eyes. We had to try twice and everyone was so nice and patient. They have a nice little area for kids to play with toys or books.
Dr Mixon was amazing. She was born to be a pediatric doctor. She was so energetic and made my son feel safe and make him less nervous about the visit. Would definitely recommend her!

She is always so friendly, patient, and truly takes the time to see both me and my children. She is incredibly kid-friendly and makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free, which means so much as a parent. My kids actually enjoy going to their appointments.

This was my first time visiting this office and it was absolutely the best. The front staff was so nice and friendly and made my son feel better about having to wear glasses because he was not happy. I hate I dont remember the young lady's name who did the first screening for me and my son but she was so sweet and gentle with my 8 year old son who was so nervous. Then we meet Dr Mixon and she was so friendly and energetic to make my son comfortable she even made me comfortable because me and my son are both very shy. She gave great advice and was so in depth with future eye visits. Loved her!!! We have found our Vision home

This was out very first time. From the moment I made the appointment on the phone till the moment we left the office the customer service was more than awesome. Very helpful family oriented service. The time and care the doctor and the technicians gave my little girl is priceless. My little girl is special needs and they were able to work so well with her and they made it so much fun.
If you have kids and especially special needs no need to feel scared they know what they are doing. You will love them and appreciate them just as much as we do.
