I found Specialty Eye Care while searching for a new eye doctor for my daughter, as our previous provider was too far away, and I am so glad we did. From the very first phone call to schedule the appointment, the staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming. That same warmth continued when we arrived at the office, as the front desk staff greeted us with genuine friendliness. Dr. Bashir was incredibly kind, personable, and informative, and she made my daughter feel comfortable throughout her entire exam. Al was also extremely helpful when it came to selecting her glasses. He took his time, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt confident in our decision. I am truly grateful that he assisted us. My daughter's appointment was on a Wednesday, and I mentioned that she would be returning to college that Sunday and asked if it might be possible for her to receive her glasses before then. Al was wonderful in taking this into consideration, and her glasses were ready for pickup within 24 hours. That level of care and efficiency truly exceeded my expectations.

Best eye care center in Suwanee, GA. I can not say enough about the amazing care, service and expertise from this practice. Very nice service. I love it , it is actually an eye spa there, and Catelyn is super nice and took care of my eyes while doing the ILP treatment which I recommend 100%. I thought I had to live with red eyes , but there is treatment specially if you work with computers all day , I never knew how important that is to take care of your only eyes . Dr. Maria explains everything so clear .

It was my first time needing an eye exam and glasses and I was nervous. Not only was I nervous about the exam, but also finding glasses that would look good on my face. Dr. Bashir listened and put me at ease during my exam. Al The Optician was an expert at finding the right pair of glasses for me!! He was knowledgeable and patient! I couldn't have had a better experience! Also, the check in and out was great as both of the receptionists were kind, and professional!

I've been coming here for years and realized I've never given the review it deserves! Dr. Nguyen is the best. Very knowledgeable and explains things so well. Also Al and Ray are fantastic. Both were so helpful with my glasses and sizing. They truly take the time to help and are patient with you.

I have seen Dr. Nguyen for the past 2/3 years for a yearly eye exam. She is very thorough and answers any questions you may have in great detail. I would definitely recommend seeing her. Staff is also very professional and friendly
