Of all the eye care and optical shops I've visited, Eye Believe stands out as the best in terms of professionalism, service quality, and genuine kindness - everything one could hope for. Today, I had a minor issue with my glasses and decided to return to the place where I had purchased them. The staff here were incredibly responsive and caring. Even though two of them offered assistance, I only needed one person's help. A kind young lady, may be an owner, not only fixed the broken parts of my glasses, but also other side of same part as well as cleaned my glasses thoroughly and impeccably. This small yet compassionate gesture not only earned my business but also my deep respect for their humanity. I wholeheartedly recommend Eye Believe for all your eye care needs. I truly believe in their exceptional service.

Dr. Sarah Yum and staff are friendly and approachable when it comes to your eye health. They're thorough with the exam and speak both Korean and English well Highly recommend! I come here for my contact lens prescriptions and still use my glasses that I obtained about 3-4 years ago :)

I broke my frames today and stopped in another store before coming here to find similar frames. The first store was helpful but unsuccessful, so they suggested that I use tape or glue to fix them. I'm glad I decided to go to EyeBelieve instead because not only was the young lady at the store extremely helpful, especially when I told her I was here from out of town, but she also found frames to fit my lenses on the first try! I would most certainly recommend EBE due to their wonderful customer service and great selection! Thanks so much!

Great staffs and awesome customer service with the best quality eye exam. I've been to many optical places in the past but this place really brought the quality to the another level. Two thumbs up! I would highly recommend this place to everybody!

This has been our favorite family eyeglasses store for years. The staff is very nice, friendly, and professional. From eye exams to final pickups, it has been seamless and a very nice experience so far! We are so glad that it is close to our home in Suwanee! Highly recommend!

I love this eye care glasses and contact lens and eye exam specialist. My experience here has generally always been positive and I trust these professionals with one of my most important assets - my eyes. The quality of the glasses and lenses here is high and the customer service is very friendly and helpful. They sell contact lenses of high quality eyeglasses eyeglass frames replacement lenses and have a thorough and extensive eye exam regimen which makes me very comfortable in knowing that my eye care and vision is well taken care of and accurate. One note to customers is that eye exams are generally given on a scheduled basis so walk in eye exams are generally not given here so please plan ahead. Located in the Assi plaza right next to Metro City Bank parking is plentiful and location is great. 5 Google Stars and two thumbs up

stay away from this place!! They did not make my daughter lenses correctly. She couldn't see out of them and they refused to refund so unable to use my insurance.
