We got the best customer service experience here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to accommodate my grandmother who's 90, making sure she was comfortable and able to complete the exam. Edward took a lot of care in helping her choose beautiful frames that fit right and felt good on her and most importantly she loves how she looks and feels in them.

My whole family looks forward to our annual visits with Dr. Kim. We absolutely LOVE Edward... he's the absolute best. Here you will receive the best of care possible, and leave (if you're lucky enough to need them) beautiful glasses that elevate your whole look and spirit! I wish I could give more stars than five.... This place is just fabulous! We unanimously, and so highly, recommend!

Very unprofessional staff. First they provided me misinformation about my insurance benefits (despite confirming several times before the service) and later charged me money after the service. Upon expressing displeasure, they just cancelled the glasses order for my family without notice demonstrating their unprofessional behavior. Then when we went another time giving them benefit of doubt that maybe there was some misunderstanding, they just denied service without any reasonable explanation. I found it very discriminating, I would not refer anyone to them. Additionally - they can say whatever they like in the response and make up stuff, but its a fact that the staff as well as the owner are highly unprofessional. Infact, I requested the staff, that could I "please" talk to the owner and they simply refused it, even though he was in office because he knew he had done the wrong thing by first giving me misinformation, cancelling my order, refusing accountability for it and then denying service on a different visit on top of it. No COURTESY to talk to someone when they are requesting an explanation for unethical behavior but has all the time to write a review response - what an irony

It was all about the money. They first said that the test is covered and then started to ask for money. Did not have a great experience I see that the comment was responded, so adding additional comments. The explanation below is totally false and they first said that no money will be charged and then asked for money once the test was done. They also cancelled the order that was placed and for a different member without informing that the order has been cancelled. This is extremely unprofessional and then when told to re-issue the glasses as time was running out for end of the year, they said since you posted a review, we do not want to serve you. Will not recommend anyone as their true colors were shown

Lady Doctor was very knowledgeable and informative, same for Edward at the front.The vibes in the shop are fancy but the people are down to earth.

We've purchased several pairs of glasses and sunglasses from Eyedream, and the service and quality have always been excellent! Sebastian, Eddie, and the whole team really go out of their way to take care of their customers, and are very knowledgeable about the products. They have a great selection too that's different than what you see at other places.

Recently visited here as a new patient for a routine eye exam. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I was happily surprised i was offered water on three different occasions by three different people. Dr. Kim was awesome shes very friendly and knowledgeable and explains things clearly. Also the machines they use are very up to date and modern.

Very welcoming and friendly. The doctor took plenty of time with me and the staff was very considerate and honest with helping me pick out frames. The staff was very accommodating and truly tried to help me. Much appreciated. Knowledgeable and convenient. Managed to get me in ASAP so I could use my benefits! Thank you.
