This team was great!!! Melinda was very patient, kind, and took great care with my mother. Dr. Young was equally as awesome while giving my mother her eye exam. She picked out new frames and I am confident that they will be super. Thank you all for being ready awesome! NP

They are very unprofessional. 2nd year in a row I've had issues. My daughter came in for an appt and did some testing and then we waited in the doctors that was running late after 45 minutes they asked to reschedule because the doctor was not coming in. A year later for the annual check up, appt is scheduled arrive to the location and the entire office is dark and no one is there. No one ever came, never called to cancel or reschedule the appt. I like consistency have been the reason I return but as of today no more. I called another optometrist on the date to see if I could get in and explained why I didn't want to wait. They said we get lots of complaints regarding this location. I called and left a voicemail for someone to call, not even a call back to apologize for the inconvenience! A shame!! Do not waste your time for the Peachtree industrial location. A bloody joke and waste of time!

She did a great job. Staff was helpful and courteous. Would definitely go back.
