I went to MyEyeDr for a routine eye exam and prescription update on my contact lens and eyeglasses. I cannot speak highly enough of this office! Literally every single person I interacted with from check-in to the end of my visit was pleasant and welcoming. The visit went very smoothly, the nice gentleman who did my pre-exam and Dr. Chen were both thorough and explained everything very well. One plus is that they have a really neat tonometer that checks your eye pressure without having to blast you directly in the eye with air. Also, shout out to Skai, who helped me pick out frames; her energy was a whole vibe and she was SO helpful. She helped me find the perfect pair of frames. If you're looking for a great eye doctor, I can't recommend this office enough!

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming me right away and making the entire appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. The technician and doctor both took the time to explain each step of the exam, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood my results clearly. The service was professional, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm, friendly team and a thorough eye exam.

Starting with Rachel at the desk she was such a sweet person! Greeted me with a smile the whole time. Akua was also sweet and informative about what all she was doing while checking my eyes. Dr. Chen was extremely informative and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand what was going on with my eyes. Skai was so energetic helping me with the prescription for my glasses . Overall the whole staff here is wonderful and I totally recommend coming here.

I had a great experience! Mark and Skai made me feel welcome and comfortable. They were very attentive and answered all my questions. I left reassured that choosing MyEyeDr was the right choice!

The whole team and staff at this location was amazing! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Skai! Dr. Chen was very thorough during my eye exam! Skai was able to review my eye benefits with me and also helped me decide on a new pair of glasses! Everyone was so nice and friendly !

Circumstances beyond our control such as moving, retiring, insurance coverage changes, medicaid and of course COVID, it's been a ridiculously long time since I had my eyes checked. Needless to say I was a bit nervous in finding yet another eye doctor. From the first moment I spoke to Rachel on the phone, to walking into my appointment and getting a warm greeting from Skai, to checking in with Mark and his sense of humor, pre-screening with the sweet Akua and ultimately meeting Dr. Chen. Every interaction was easy, friendly, kind...sitting with Skai to go over options was a breeze, so full of personality and so incredibly helpful. I cannot say enough good about everyone at MyEyeDr/Suwanee. So happy I have finally found a great practice! Sue F.

The service here was excellent. The staff was friendly, patient, and truly made the visit smooth from start to finish. However, there was a strong unpleasant odor throughout the office. I mentioned it to the team and they said they've already contacted corporate, but they haven't been able to identify the source yet. The staff was so amazing that it didn't ruin my experience, but the smell really needs to be addressed ASAP no one wants to sit in a waiting area feeling uncomfortable or looking around wondering if others notice it too.

Dr. Chen and her staff are beyond knowledgeable and kind. I was dumbfounded by the amount of common-sense professionalism I was provided. I came in with a medical issue and can't wait to come back for my eye exam.
