Staff was very professional and through and eye exam was smooth and gentle. The staff explained my vision and recommended a good Frame for my new lenses. The department was clean and no odors and trash was empty and not over flowing. The staff members sanitized their hands before proceeding with exam and eye wears. Questions and concerns were promptly answered. Felt very happy and satisfied afterward. I appreciate all Staff that were helping and answering questions and concerns.

The staff is really helpful! Good selection of frames and at a good price for prescription glasses! Was able to quickly select a frame , check discount with insurance plan and was in and out in less than 30 mins, even though there was constant foot traffic to the store. Got my glasses in exactly 8 days from the time the order was placed, though they said it would take 2-4 weeks.

I truly value the care provided by Dr. Phillip, but unfortunately, I am facing some challenges in returning for future visits. During my consultation, I specifically requested an upgraded reading prescription. Dr. Phillip mentioned that the new prescription might be slightly too strong and adjusted it accordingly. After the visit, I ordered two pairs of glasses, one for home and one for work. However, when I received them, they were made with my distance prescription, despite my clear request for reading glasses. I did not double-check the prescription before placing the order. I then contacted the office and received my correct reading prescription, ordering two additional pairs of glasses. When they arrived, the prescription appeared to be for the stronger version, with no adjustment made. As a result, while I could see clearly up close (about 18 inches from the monitor), the vision remained blurry when I leaned back. Now, I find myself with four pairs of glasses that are not suitable for my needs. In hindsight, I would advise others to verify their prescription before leaving Dr. Phillip's office to avoid a similar disappointment.

Always a good experience here. Dr. Huynh is personable & we always have a good laugh during my eye exam. Very knowledgeable & explains everything he's checking and what it means. Has been a tremendous help in improving my eyesight. Tiffany makes sure I get the most out of my vision insurance, always pleasant and fun to talk to, like catching up with an old friend each year. I no longer shop at Target but will continue coming to the Optical center for the service these outstanding employees provide.

I had a great experience at Target Optical. Adam was very helpful and patient while I (with all my indecisiveness) chose the glasses I wanted. He answered all my questions and got me checked out and my glasses ordered pretty quickly. Highly recommend!

Very friendly, informative, no pushy or hard sells like at other places, AND I was in and out of there in less than 15-20 minutes after I selected my frames! Definitely recommend. Definitely will use them again.

Scheduled an appointment and they called and said they'd call if there was any insurance problem. No one called, but when I showed up at the store they said the "computer was down" and they couldn't verify my insurance. Wouldn't the time to tell me that be before I got down there like you said? Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Won't be going back.

Tiffany was excellent, she showed patience and understanding with my wife whose first language is not English. She was helpful and willing and able to help us find the best deal suited for us. Thank you, Tiffany!
