I 've gotten examined and bought glasses here twice and both times found the experience to be professional and friendly. The bad reviews surprised me because I know other people who have gotten glasses here and are also as pleased as I am. Carolyn is very thorough in making sure everything is perfect before you leave and that all your questions are answered. I do highly recommend the Suwanee Walmart's Vision Center.

My go to is America's best contacts and glasses but I was recommended Walmart Vision by a server cause her glasses were really cute and she said the prices were reasonable so I went to go check it out. The woman who helped me did a phenomenal job with the checkout process for my newly chosen glasses, but when I went to pick up my glasses 5 days after I ordered them (which was a good surprise since they estimated a week from ordering) they turned me away even when I went during their open hours. I wish they would've informed me that they had specific hours for picking up glasses... My glasses ended up being over $200, so I'll just keep my business with America's best.

Doctor Kim, the new eye Doctor was one of the best eye doctors that I had so far. He was kind enough to explain everything in details about my vision. Compared to other doctors that just go and explain with complicated terms, Dr. Kim made things sound easy for me to understand. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Unfortunately the other reviews are correct. The doctors here are very capable- the staff is incompetent and uncaring. Previously the staff has "lost" my file, "lost" my order for contact lenses (it took me 4 months to receive two boxes of contacts), and today I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for a 3 minute follow up visit.
Three strikes and you're out. Skip this place if you value professional service

LoL. No. Do not go here. Dr. Makes a lot of passive aggressive comments. She used terms of endearment with a patronizing tone. I am not your Honey, I am your customer. Passive aggressive is a form of agresion and you can keep that to your self. Felt rushed and then nurse knocked to tell her other patient was waiting and then we felt even more rushed. We waited in the tiny little wait room for a while when they could have just let us wait in large lobby. Never again unless it is a different Doctor. Front office Carolina and Liliana were kind and polite.
