This was the most professional eye place ive ever been to. My eye exam was more in depth than most places ive ever been to, and the staff was bot only very informative but extremely kind. In a business such as this customer experience tends to be a dropped ball. That is not the case here. You feel welcome, well taken care of, and you'll find exactly what you're looking for at a price that can't be beat! Im officially a customer for life after getting my eye exam and frames from these great folks.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Dr Dusai is very thorough & I won't let anyone else do my exams or office eye care visits. My prescriptions have always been spot on. I appreciate the time she gives to explain and provide helpful info for my eye care. Highly recommend.

had a great experience with Dr. Desai and her team. The front office staff were very polite and helpful. She provided exceptional care and took the time to explain my treatment clearly. Highly satisfied with the overall experience.

Dr. Desai is always very thorough in her exam and guides me on how to manage my high nearsighted vision. Office runs efficiently and staff is friendly. I would highly recommend this practice.

Used these guys for lenses in some existing frames and they used up my once a year insurance for lenses only to make the lenses over magnified from the prescription. They have a 30 day redo which I was not told about. Life got in the way and I went back after 30 days. Told them I had a new prescription and that other places looked at the lenses and said they were over magnified. I even offered to pay half to have them remade the correct way. All they offered me was retail price of $650!!! So I am out $250 and have no insurance lens money left. They are very unreasonable and should correct their mistake. Do not use these guys!

I have been coming here for my past two eye exams, and they are fantastic. An extremely well run and friendly place to visit. I can't recommend them enough, I have been going to eye doctors for 25 years, and have never found one better!

Dr. Nisha is incredibly thorough, patient, and truly cares about your eye health. The entire experience from check-in to exam was smooth and professional. I left feeling well-informed and confident in my care. So grateful to have found such a great eye doctor!

Need glasses? Seriously look no further. Im a truly picky, difficult person when it comes to my glasses for some reason. I want high end frames at reasonable prices with excellent service - good luck, right? You get all of this at Windermere! These folks are super knowledgeable and actually care. Ive been going to them since they opened a few years ago. I showed up yesterday with a destroyed pair of frames my dog accidentally crushed. 100 pound pup meets fancy Zegna frames - Zegna loses. I was wearing a back up pair with a 10 year old prescription. These guys gave up their lunch hour to temporarily patch my old frames together until my freshly ordered glasses come in. They rushed ordered what i needed so i might even have the new glasses on my head in a few days. You honestly cant find this level of professionalism and caring in the eye glass industry anywhere anymore but you can at Windermere. I drive way out of my way for these folks and you should too! Your eyes are everything - stop shopping discount and come to Windermere where quality, empathy and value meet! Your eyes will thank you and your wallet will too.
