Person taking insurance information very aggravated and angry acting ! I was told I could not "go back" until my insurance was verified !! She insisted that I had a insurance card even though I was on the phone with my insurance company at the time . I gave her the number to verify my insurance where she became more aggravated and said this is spectrum WE DON'T TAKE THIS INSURANCE!!! Really I will never go there again I was embarrassed by her manner and presentation of herself and De Deen's office.... I would like for the office to pay me for my time that was wasted by De. Deen's office staff!!!

My right pupil is fixed and dilated. I saw the Urgent Care doctor yesterday and she advised that I see an ophthalmologist today. During this pandemic, he is only seeing medically necessary patients from 10-11am. I lost my job due to Covid 19 and I just started 5 days of training online yesterday for a new job. If I miss any part of training, I lose the job. I asked for an exception to be seen at 4:15pm, but he would not bend at all from the 10-11am. The Urgent Care doctor called me to follow up and I advised her that the doctor was unable or unwilling to see me. She called his office on my behalf, but he said that I could come to the ER and he would see me there. I have 2 autoimmune diseases and am on a medication that further suppresses my immune system. Sitting in an ER could be a death sentence to me. I will finish training on Sunday. I have to go to Peachtree City on Monday to see my rheumatologist. I will locate an Ophthalmologist in Peachtree City. I don't have a problem driving to see a doctor. I just want a doctor that I feel like cares about my health.

Called the offices after opening hours and they had a MLK Day message from the day before stating they were closed to observe MLK Day and would reopen on Tuesday which is the day I was calling. I could not get anyone on the phone to set up an appointment or to speak with office staff.

Had two problems..Dr.Deen had me in and out in 20 mins, gave me my prescriptions ,was well in three days..Doesn't get any better than this!!

Likable fellow. Found the problem and fixed right off the bat. I had already been to two other places

I love this office. Dr. Dean is amazing.
