DO NOT GO Worst clinic I've been to in a really long time and I could tell from the moment I walked in. I was suggested this facility by my sons school to help get him glasses and I would rather pay full price in a place that actually treats people with respect. I was told I had a $25 missed appointment fee, which is completely false, and I was also interrupted by the older grey haired lady repeatedly while trying to get information. I was basically told because I did not get the name of the lady I spoke with when I rescheduled, I was lying about rescheduling. When I tried to speak with a manager about how the staff talked/treated me, I was told there is no manager and the only person I could speak with is the doctor. To his credit Dr. Kretzmer did speak with me immediately (while the old lady scowled rudely right beside him) , but told me he doesn't control the front desk and that's an issue I had with them. When I got up to leave and told him I was in disbelief how someone in customer service can treat someone in their business that way, only then did he apologize in behalf of his extremely rude staff. I have no idea why the staff act the way they do, and having read the other reviews the only conclusion I can come to is either the don't like younger people, or people who look a certain ethnicity.

Their Customer Service wasn't as great as I would've liked it to be. First they charged us for a canceled appointment that I never canceled, then once we appeared for the appointment someone played with our Charts in their office & I was told to return with $25 cash in 5-10 mins; As if they were street people at the desk. The glasses arrived in a timely matter and looked great but they need better staff that understands there's a time and place to play and a time and place for work.

THE WORST EYE CLINIC IN THOMASTON! If I could put negative stars I would. This place is an absolute scam! There are never clients in the parking lot, so I assume they make their money off of "canceling" clients appointments. They charged me $25 for an appointment I never canceled. The staff is extremely aggressive and unprofessional. I believe in supporting small business, but I am truly sorry for supporting them. Learn from my experience and steer clear of this practice. I hope this helps someone.

I left Dr. Kretzmer's office satisfied that I had had a thorough eye exam and that my concerns had been addressed. I found Dr. Kretzmer personable, warm and knowledgeable. He answered most of my questions before I asked. The office was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. Altogether a great visit. I'll go back.

I can't comment about the Dr or his work, because I left after my interactions with his front desk staff. I have to fully agree with Celeste. The older blond lady was extremely condescending, and even more unprofessional. I've have more professional service from teenagers at McDonald's who were talking selfies and making tictoks while taking my order. Adults with behavior like that is just sad.

I have been to Dr Kretzmer for a long time and he has always been nice he gets right to finding me the perfect glasses and his staff is very nice also.

So pleased that we found Dr. Kretzmer! He is so nice, professional and knowledgeable. The office staff was also friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend.
