Isreal, Mike and the team as a whole were really great about answering all of my questions, helping me find frames that suit me and my lifestyle, and staying in my price range. Plus they were all super nice and great to talk with! 10/10 would recommend this location!!

If given the choice, I would choose a different office. I liked the provider, he was great and answered all our questions. However, my husband and I both had appointments on March 21st. My husband received his prescription sunglasses a week later, and I have yet to receive my trial contacts. I eventually called them last week (April 16th) and asked them to cancel the contacts. The whole thing was very unorgranized. I tried to be patient the day of our appointment because the young girl helping us was struggling with insurance, and the whole computer system, and she eventually got sick (maybe from standing up too fast). We paid more than we should have for my husband's eye exam, and I was told I wasn't allowed to use my benefit for glasses since I had a contact lens exam (show me one person who wears contacts and not glasses?? like what kind of sense does that make). I planned on picking up my trial contacts and ordering (hopefully) the sunglasses by talking to a different representative at the store. I did call my insurance to ask about why we paid more for my husband's eye exam, and if America's Best was correct about my benefit only being able to be used for contacts (not true)...Turns out, even though I looked them up through my insurance, and America's Best verified my insurance was accepted there (VSP Metlife), the actual provider we saw, was "out of network"... Long story short, such a headache for no reason. Save yourself the stress and time.

Dr. was nice. Staff was friendly & attentive

I procrastinated getting my exam. Glad I came to this location. Everyone was so nice and Dr. Cho is great. I was out of there is 40 minutes.

Called before 2 pm to try to set up a first appointment and was put on hold for 15 minutes before I got frustrated and hung up. Do better.
