This Four Eyes location has a friendly and welcoming staff. Jeremy and Cecelia were very kind and helped my mom to find the right pair of glasses. Cecelia walked through their pricing tiers and was transparent about her options. There's a variety of frames here, and there's something for everyone within their price range. Visit if you're in need of nice frames and have the budget for them. I deducted a star for the parking. It is next to a convenience store with reserved spaces and you have to drive to the left side of the building to park.

I had such an amazing experience getting my lenses here! They set my prescription perfectly and made sure everything was accurate and comfortable for my eyes. I was a little confused at first about how the lenses work, but Yuri helped me through every single step so patiently. She showed me how to put them in, take them out, and explained everything so clearly that I felt super confident by the end. She took her time, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. The lenses themselves are AMAZING--so comfortable and high quality, I honestly forget I'm even wearing them. The customer service was truly top-tier, and Yuri's help made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I'm so happy with my prescription and my lenses, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for great quality and genuine care.

Cecelia and Yuri are both amazing. Very welcoming and great service. There's no other For eyes I would go to, this one is my favorite one. Great selection of glasses as well. I really love and appreciate them and everything they do. Everyone should definitely visit this location.

Highly recommend this place. I went in for an eye exam and new glasses. Throughout the entire process I was made to feel very comfortable by the staff. Their professional attitude was accompanied by an appropriate amount of friendliness which made for a relaxed, enjoyable encounter. Every step of the encounter was explained to me in the manner that made me feel confident that everything was being done to ensure I received the best care and glasses. I'd give 6 stars if I was able.

Loved the ladies that assisted me for my first eye exam and glasses purchase at For Eyes Tucker! The entire process was simple, and I really valued the feedback on frame styles that worked well with my features. The turn around time for glasses is also very quick (about 1 week).

Had the most wonderful time with everyone at For Eyes! Found some beautiful frames, and I loved the way they looked on me! My boyfriend was seen as well, and he appreciated the staff and their kindness. We got an incredible deal on our frames. The appointments that we had went fast, and smooth, and the doctors were helpful. Can't wait to come back, and will most definitely continue to shop and care for my vision at For Eyes!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and treatment I experienced during a phone interaction today with a manager named Cecelia. If there had been an option to rate my experience as zero, I would have selected it. Earlier today, I was contacted by staff informing me that my eye appointment--originally scheduled six months ago and rescheduled again just last week--had been cancelled due to a system upgrade. This call came while I was attending an event honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., which made the timing particularly unfortunate. What was most concerning, however, was the manner in which this situation was handled by Cecelia. Throughout our conversation, she was rude, dismissive, and highly unprofessional, repeatedly stating that she "doesn't report to anyone." At no point was empathy expressed for the inconvenience caused. Instead, I was told that I could "just go to another location," as though this disruption to my schedule was insignificant. Equally troubling was her decision to openly blame "corporate" for the issue, stating that it was also a problem for her and implying that leadership does not care about the impact on customers. This type of commentary is inappropriate and deeply concerning, as it undermines trust in your organization and reflects poorly on leadership and customer service standards. I had intentionally scheduled time off to attend both my dental appointment and eye appointment on the same day to remain proactive about my healthcare. Fortunately, my dental provider respected my time and conducted business professionally--unlike this experience. Additionally, my wife had an appointment scheduled immediately following mine, which was also affected. This, too, appeared to be of little concern during the conversation. Given the seriousness of this interaction and the overall handling of the situation, I am requesting to speak directly with someone from the Executive Office. In today's economic climate, customer service, accountability, and respect for patients' time matter greatly. The way this was handled--both operationally and personally--is unacceptable.
