Jessica was extremely helpful! She took pictures of how I looked in different pairs of glasses, since I couldn't see without my own. She helped pin point which pairs would work best with my prescription and face shape. Jessica was so patient with me while I asked questions about features, pricing, and everything else. 12/10 would go back just to work with her again!!

Kenton was most helpful when I obtained my glasses. He covered the process, the cost and took his time while I tried on a large number of frames. Once I received my glasses, he was not happy with the frame fit (lens were not able to fit the frame properly) and he was able to locate frames that fit the lens. Smooth transaction, I won't go anywhere else for my glasses.

This review is not about Jessica or Ken. They are amazing and provide great assistance. I visited Dr. Farhed Kapadia for the first and last time. His demeanor is very off putting. During my exam, he informed me that he was an independent doctor and it would be a $30.00 fee and that he would take my payment in the room using his square card reader. I get the same eye exam every year at a different Sam's location and have not had to pay any fees for my annual eye exam. That did not sit well with me. After my exam, I contacted my insurance company to inquire about the $30.00 charge and I was informed my exam was fully covered which I figured but needed a confirmation. My insurance company and I tried contacting the doctor, but I was able to speak with Jessica. Jessica informed me that she spoke with the Dr. Kapadia and that he would be issuing me a refund. My insurance information was provided in advance and I'm pretty sure it shows what's covered and what's not. If I had not followed up on the $30.00 charge, I doubt I would have received a refund.

I love shopping at Sams but never knew they had a eye center until I was recently approached by a young lady offering to clean my glasses while I was shopping (life saver!). Flash forward about two weeks later and my new glasses are on the way! Everyone was so friendly! I was impressed the young lady remembered me, as soon as I stepped foot in the area I was greeted by name!! I instantly felt like an old friend. I was introduced to her coworker and and lead to my paperwork. The doctor wasn't as out going but was very professional and serious. I can not wait to pick up my glasses and to see anyone who helped me pick them out again! Keep up the amazing work y'all!!!

I think its a crying shame sams optical charges plus members $59.00 for bringing ur own glasses frames to have them put their new lenses into ur frames!!! makes me think twice about renewing my plus membership this year!! what a ripoff.

They were unable to verfiy my insurance. I called the exact number they did to verify coverage without a problem. I was sent into the waiting area to fill out POOR COPIES of paperwork.. one of the documents was printed extremely small and not clear..and it was not professionally done. The Optician was very rude walked passed me did not speak.. And when he finally approached me..he asked me was I done with the paper work. His disposition was very cold and rude. I answered yes. I tore up my paperwork and walked out. I will NEVER AGAIN visit that place.

BE CAREFUL
I brought my own frames and prescription in today (7/21/2018) to get lenses put in. The pre-historic optician there told me: "We're not going to put lenses in those frames with that prescription." When I asked why he told me: "I don't have time to educate you on why" and that he's a "licensed optician." Judging by his condescending tone he was probably a racist piece of sh--.
