So I broke an arm off of my glasses and needed an appointment asp. I tried 3 other eye places and nobody wanted business so I found this place and they are amazing. I called and they had a full booking, but when I told them I had broken glasses and could not see to do my job they got me an appointment in 3 days. I went and they had a pretty good selection of glasses and contacts. The doctor and staff were extremely nice and even helped pick the best glasses for my face. Will be doing my business only here now for my eyes. Thank you for a great visit!

Out of all the years i have been going to this place i have never had a bad experience until today. Long story short, my prescription was too strong the first time so they re-did them the second time to a lower prescription that was still too strong. Glasses made me sick for two months. Finally told me to go to another Dr. to see if there was a different reading. Did that last week, brought in the prescription and it was basically the same from my 2022 glasses. I told them i could see better with my old glasses and wanted the same prescription in my new frames. Well, they said it was going to be a charge for this. Just why am i paying when it's not my fault? Went up there to discuss with the owner and he brushed me off so quickly. Thank God a nice receptionist (Shannon) spoke with me in a respectful manner. Even though I don't agree, she took the time to assist me. Thanks Bealls, but you don't have to worry about me ever again. Peace out

My daughter went in to have a prescription filled today July 15, 2022. Upon arrival she informed the optical representative that she has her own frame and would like her prescription installed. She was quoted $130 to complete the request. We paid the $130 with the expectation that the glasses would be ready for pickup within a few hours. To our surprise minutes before we were scheduled to pick up the completed glasses we were asked to buy new frames as the frames that were provided were not optical, however that was false. We asked for a refund since they could not provide the requested service. And was denied. We were advised to take the lenses to another provider to have the lenses cut to fit the glasses (which was contradictory, first they weren't optical frames, now it's the lenses won't fit). In my opinion this unheard of. We should not have to go pay another fee to have lenses cut to fit. It is my understanding that this is what we were paying for. This also should have been communicated before we paid and left the facility. This place doesn't even deserve a star. Also we want a refund!!!

Great customer service!! My lenses were delayed with the supplier and took a few extra days before they were able to put them in my frames. Beall took care of me and refunded some of the cost for the delay. Very satisfied with my new prescription! Oh, and if you're a Braves fan, Dr. Decker will talk to you all day about baseball :D

The customer service is amazing!! Such nice and helpful employees. Were definitely willing to help with an old pair of sunglasses to get them ready for my new prescription. Bought and received glasses in the same day!

After 2 different eye places gave me glasses that wasn't right.i explain that to the dr and the guy that makes the lens went out of his way to explain why the other glasses never worked for me. And the lady's were very nice and helpful. I will recommend everyone to go there from now on.my mom already said she's going to try them.

Didn't feel confident in my eye exam . Dr wore a mask.but he was to quick and told me he thought I was to demanding. Next To get glasses, picked out Frames I wanted, trifocal and Translation lens . thought $600 was a little high but I walked out because the people working there didn't wear masks. There was one guy who came over wearing one then while sitting right in front of me 3' away. took it off. I just instantly got up said I'm leaving . for $600 they didn't care. They didn't take covid19 seriously. Not risking my life for a pair of glasses..
