Great experience with entire staff, professional friendly, and helpful answering my questions. Dr Rowe is very thorough. She also did a great job fitting me in the right contact lens. The whole appointment took place in a timely manner.

I have had the best experience visiting SGNF eye clinic. The staff is friendly and very professional. The doctors are top notch and are always willing to give you their best advice. I have nothing but high fives for that team! I can see clearly now after surgery 20/20. Thanks, job well done!

Always have a great experience here!! Took my daughter for her first appt here and everyone was so kind!! Callie was wonderful and was able to make my daughter feel so comfortable and we love Dr. Rowe!

Great service. Was able to get me in the next day. The staff were friendly and explained each step. They helped put my anxiety at ease. Will definitely go back to them.

The doctors and back of house staff are excellent. However, the front desk woman at the Oak St office is incredibly rude. For context- we went to the wrong office (100% my fault) so we were late. We arrived at 8:46 for our 8:30 appt- 1 minute past the 15 min grace period. We were greeted with "do you know you're outside of your grace period? You're too late. Sorry" with no opportunity to explain that the other office was going to call and let her know we were on our way, nor that we absolutely understood we were late and were at the doctor's mercy. When I tried to tell her it was my mistake and we had gone to the wrong office, she cut me off with "they should have told you you'd be too late. I don't know why they can't do their job." She implied she would not even bother talking with the doctor to see if it was ok- which the other office assured us she would do. She rolled her eyes and acted as though it was a chore to get out of her chair. We are not new patients, she acted like she had to load all our info fresh and it would take forever, loudly discussing that with staff. To be 100% transparent, I responded in kind to her- if she wanted to speak down to me as though I'm not smart enough to read a clock and cut me off with every sentence I tried to speak, she did not deserve any respect from me to her. As someone who used to work in a doctors office as the front desk personnel, I'm appalled that any patient would be treated this way by her or anyone. And I would hope that the physicians are equally as disturbed to know that the first face their patients see is sour, clearly not happy in her position and actively causing patients to go elsewhere for care. She was hateful. No one should be treated in the manner she spoke to us. We will be changing physicians due to her behavior.

Awesome staff, friendly, professional and courteous. Dr. Rowe is great and treats you like a human being so did Keisha. I've already recommended them to famil & friends. Try them you won't be disappointed.

Dr. Rowe and the staff were amazing! All my concerns were answered and explained in depth. I will continue with Dr Rowe in the future and I highly recommend her for your eye health.

Dr. McDonald listens to what you have to say to her. She answers and explains all questions ask of her.The staff is very friendly, the wait time is pretty good 5-10 minutes is the wait time of your appointment. Very good job I'm impressed and will highly recommend.
