Such an awesome professional group of people... The staff is very polite, caring, knowledgeable and welcoming. I so pleased with their services and Dr. McDonald makes you feel right at home as well. Most doctors are in it for the money, but you can really tell that she's dedicated to her field and loves the clients. She takes her time and studies your eyes telling what's going on every step of the way. Picking out the right style/frame is very important to me and the employees understood my concerns, helping me in each decision... Thank you so much to everyone that works here. I had a wonderful visit and highly recommend them, they have so many selections to choose from you'll be glad you chose them too.

I've been coming to Dr. McDonald for two years now and I absolutely love it! The staff is always incredible. Last year I got a great deal on glasses. I just got done with my yearly check up today and didn't need new ones, but was to know my eyes did change a little and may need some in the future. I highly recommend Dr. McDonald. I feel better about my experience at North Oak Family Eye Care than I ever did at any other Eye Doctors in Valdosta.

Best experience ever! Took my 7 yr old granddaughter in for her first eye exam and was so pleasantly surprised at the warm welcome, efficiency, thoroughness and complete eye exam she received! My other granddaughter had gone to Wilson's Eyecare and North Oak Eyecare provides service that way surpasses Wilson's! I highly recommend this Eyecare facility! You will be so pleased with Dr McDonald who is very professional and friendly, and her staff is very courteous and friendly as well.

Great experience as a new patient! Dr. McDonald and her staff were all so friendly as well as efficient. The entire process from check in to check out could not have been any better. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend to anyone!

My family had a phenomenal experience with optometrist Deborah McDonald. She's very knowledgeable and have patience with children while answering all questions and concerns they may have. My daughter and son was happy to have all their questions answered and I was please with the recommendations she gave following each answered question. The optician assistants were very knowledgeable in every area of the pre- exam and exceeded customer service expectations during the entire visit. The office also took extra precautions before and after each patient due to the pandemic. The eye care and frames are so hard to choose from due to the wide variety of selection the office has. I would highly recommend North Oak Family Eye Care Optical to all my family, friends and yes YOU!

Dr. McDonald was amazing, but unfortunately her staff was rude and not caring at all. I waited a whole month for my glasses and never received a follow up call it was always me calling asking for an update. Once I finally went to the office to talk with them they weren't even being courteous in providing additional options to resolve the issue, which just lead me to requested a refund and left with no glasses.

I love Dr. McDonald she always makes you feel like you are her only patient!! Never rushes you in and out. Explains all the information thoroughly. Our whole family has been going to her for years!! She is simply the BEST!!!

I went to Dr McDonald back in early December for a contact exam. First, I had trouble with them trying to charge me more than what they should have because they would not go by what my insurance covered, and I have one of the best vision insurance policies. Then to add insult to injury, they never ordered my contacts, so I've been using my trial pair for over a month. The only reason I did not give them one star is because Dr McDonald is very nice and professional. I will be going back to Wilson Eye Center from now on.
