I meet Dr. Brooks and he was very polite and very determined to make sure I had surgery. And I did but before we had surgery he took a few minutes and he did pray for him, us, and the staff. Even after the procedure he came him to check on me and called my husband right away to let him know everything went fine. He's definitely a kind and caring doctor. Thank you Dr. Brooks and your staff.

My mother had an appointment at 3:40. Got called back exactly at that time. The staff were genial; especially Dr. Brooks' assistants, Regina and Denise. Couldn't ask for more.

First Visit was not impressionable. Caught in traffic on 75 to get to appointment. Called receptionist to inform I was running about 5 minutes from my appointment time late. When I arrived 12 minutes late I was refused appointment time. Though I called I should have been informed before arrival. Customer service was not genuine as I took off from work and missed a day off for traffic delay? How fair is this to the patients. Lack of empathy for patients

I don't agree with the bad comments. I started seeing Dr. Brooks in 2007 -2022. I was getting injections every six weeks. I have never seen anyone rude. Most of the time we were out less than hour.

I have never been to a doctor's office that was so rude and unfriendly. They refused to let me go in with my 90 year old mother even though I told them she needed my assistance and would not understand anything explained to her. It took over 2 hours for her appointment with me sitting in my car the whole time. They scheduled her next appointment for an injection for the following month. I took her to that appointment and again was denied access to go with her. Another 2 hours in my car only for her to come out and tell me they didn't give her the injection because they messed up and scheduled her one day to early. (You have to wait 30 days between shots). I have not been impressed with this office at all.

I accompanied my friend today
I helped him fill out all the info. We arrived at 1 45 for his 2 p.m appointment. At 2 p.m. they called him to begin the testing on his eyes. They requested that I wait in my car until tests were completed
I was called to come back in once the doctor was able to him and go over the tests. He explained everything
Nobody was rude. I disagree with the above posts.everone wss pleasant and helpful. We were out at 3 30.

Dr that saw me seemed concerned and knowledgeable. But with extremely dilated pupils, I was led to door by his assistant. Pushed out, facing bright sunlight. Had to sit in my vehicle for quite awhile, eyes closed, before I could drive myself home. (He was looking for an imaginary HOLE in my eye, that an optometrist named Ortiz, insisted he saw.)
Seems pushing me out door was per their policy of X number of people only in lobby at one time.

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff especially to a first time patient visiting their practice. I was told to bring someone with me to the appointment, my husband took half a day off from work to drive me and they wouldn't let him sit in the waiting room with me. I would never recommend this practice to anyone!
