Made an eye appointment and a few days later went to it. The lady who helped me get signed in was very nice and the wait time to see the Dr was very minimal. The eye doctor was also very pleasant and extremely detailed with the exam and with explaining the situation with my vision issues. Will definitely be going back for my annual follow up.

Dr. Ortiz and the manager James were absolutely amazing. Dr. Ortiz was super easy to talk to and express my concerns with. James was super patient with me when it came to teaching me how to use contacts. It took me about 45 minutes to figure them out, and he was so knowledgeable and understanding! I'd highly recommend this team to anyone!

The service here is great! As well as the prices. The Doctor and the young ladies that assist with sales are so friendly. The opticians not so much, especially Karl. Don't look for warm and fuzzy-or even nice with him.

I had a great experience with Dr Ortez and the young ladies in the vision center. However the man that works in the vision center was rude to me when I came to pick up my contact sample. I bought glasses (picked them up but contacts were not in that day) and I live out of town so getting back there was difficult during business hours. When I got my contacts he cut me short, was flat out rude and walked off when he handed me the samples without saying a word! We live in South Ga and should show our southern kindness! But the ladies and Doc are super nice!!!!
