Oconee Eye LLC

What an fantastic experience we had at Oconee Eye. We are so glad they've opened in the area! I've been going to an eye doctor since 6th grade, and now as an adult with young children, I can confidently say this was the best experience I've ever had at an optometrist. Dr. Ficek and each of her team members made us feel so welcomed and comfortable immediately upon arrival for our son's first eye appointment. They were knowledgeable, so friendly, and helped us select darling glasses for him. We are so grateful and highly recommend Oconee Eye, and will all be returning for our own upcoming appointments! Plus, the office is beautiful & easily accessible at Wire Park!

Dr. Ficek was a hero with my son who is 10 months old and can never sit still. The practice is brand new, conveniently located with plenty of parking, and the staff are all so warm and welcoming. Great selection of glasses as well - my husband picked out a pair he is actually excited about wearing. Will be back next year!

I absolutely love Dr. Ficek and her team. They squeezed me in right before the end of the year, made using my insurance super easy, and went the extra mile with testing to monitor my IIH. The staff were completely supportive, helpful, and efficient - they work like a finely tuned machine! The location for the office is convenient, and looks like a Christmas magazine when you walk in! When you find a good doctor, you tell everyone you know about them. I'm telling YOU - Dr. Ficek is going to care about you. She's going to want to know the problems you're experiencing, she's going to evaluate, and she's going to provide a treatment plan that you will understand when you leave. So thankful to have a doctor like her providing care to people like me. All the best, and I'll see your team next year!

I am so happy that my daughter recommended Oconee Eye to me. Had my first visit and I was overwhelmed! Everyone was so nice and professional and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ficek took her time with me to explain an issue I had been having with one of my eyes and a solution to help me! I never felt rushed and will definitely recommend this practice to everyone I know!

Beautiful practice and very friendly, caring staff! Dr. Ficek is just so kind and easy to talk to. She explained everything to me with such care. My appointment was efficient, informative, and kind of fun! They have a great selection of frames too and I really love what they did with the space. I am definitely coming back for my annual eye exams!

I don't normally enjoy going to the eye doctor as I feel like they are always trying to sell me expensive glasses that I don't need but Dr. Ficek and her team were incredibly professional, kind and easygoing. I ended up with a great pair of ECO glasses with clip on sun glass lenses that I'm really excited about. I also took my very squirmy 11 month old son to get his vision checked as well and the staff did an amazing job keeping him still and happy during the procedure -- he (literally) didn't bat an eye when his pupils were dilated. Overall it was very comfortable to spend time there, they offered me coffee and seltzer and even showed me how they cut lenses which was so cool! Will definitely be coming back here.

Dr. Ficek was very kind and professional. She was very patient with me and explained my eye exam in detail and answered all my questions. On entering the office, I received a warm welcome from her eye care team (Allison, Holly, and Savanna) . They were very nice and personable. They even helped me pick out my frames. By the way, they have a variety of frames to pick from. The office is also beautifully decorated creating a serene environment. I highly recommend Oconee Eye!

I absolutely love this practice! They are all so kind, and let me add patient! I am in my 40s and for the life of me could not get my contacts in (first time). They told me to come back and try again later. Thank you all for being so wonderful, and having the cutest selection of eye fashion.
