What a wonderful experience! Kat is knowledgeable and makes sure she has all the measurements and other information she needs to ensure your glasses fit correctly. And, she's easy to talk with. I am in good hands with her. I highly recommend going to her for all your eyeglass needs.

I was looking for a very specific style of frames that are hard to find. Kat showed me her large inventory and then flipped through catalogues with me searching for what I want. We didn't find it but she didn't give up. She finally found my frames for less than I paid elsewhere. I didn't have my vision insurance card with me, but she walked me through how to call and get it so that she could review my coverage and let me know when I'm eligible for new glasses. She also looked at my current glasses and identified that the PD was off on the left eye. She spent over an hour with me explaining options and pricing. I never felt rushed or coerced. She really cares about helping people. Such a difference from the big chains and her pricing is much better!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Kathryn with a very engaging customer service focus and resolved my issue while I briefly waited at a cost much less than I expected. Wanting sunglasses with very specific features, Kat patiently showed me and explained benefits. Then discussed what I really need and how much better I would like the end product. I am in my 80's and have never experienced glasses that exceeded my expectations. And the total price was much less than local opticians I had visited. Kat dedicates herself to customer service.

This was my first time at Optical Experts LLC and it was such an amazing experience! Kat was very welcoming and very nice from the time I walked in to the time I left! I was in need of some glasses and Kat made sure I got I wanted. I was able to try on different frames to see what would fit my face and she was there to help me every step of the way. And I also want to add that my glasses were made the same day and it didn't take very long at all! I was so grateful for that because I was on my last pair of contact lenses! She also offered me something to drink while I waited. Kat was also very knowledgeable when it came to eye health, glasses and contacts and I loved that! She definitely isn't the type of person to just give you anything. She takes the time to explain what you're getting! I would recommend Optical Experts LLC 100%!! You will not regret it! I can't recommend Optical Experts enough! Kat was so welcoming and helpful! I needed my sunglasses repaired and she was amazing. They are as good as new. The price was very reasonable and the entire process was quick. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had!

Just had a fantastic experience at Optical Experts in Watkinsville tonight. my grandson's's new glasses were broken (not his fault) and Kat found new flexible kid frames to fit the current lenses, checked them to make sure they were correct, and shaped them to fit and hold. She even adjusted mine. She took her time even though it was almost time for her to close and was super friendly and professional. I don't often sing the praises of a business, but she went above and beyond. And her prices are reasonable. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Kathryn has exceptional knowledge regarding eyeglasses, and eyewear. I was extremely impressed with her manner, service and business. She also shared post-cataract eyeglass information with me.
