Edwards Eye Care

I have been a customer of edwards eye care for 4 years. I recommended them to anyone asking about eye care. I loved them they were easy to schedule. They took care of my family well. I recommended them to my sister in law to go for her eye exam. She went in and asked about contacts. Their response was that it would be 90$ for an contact exam. My sister in law said that she didn't want to pay that right now she would do that later. After the doctor did the eye exam. My sister in law said can we come back for contacts at a later time for the contact exam. The dr said oh your interested in contacts have you wore them before and she said yes the dr said let me go get the box of free samples. When she was trying to put the free contacts in she couldn't seem to get the left eye contact in. So they sent someone in to help her. When they went to pay for the prescription and the eye exam they had included the contact exam in the price. She paid it not thinking that what they did was shady. I told her to call them and ask for a refund because I thought that they were going to make it right. Instead what they did was double down on their shady decision. They refused to refund the $90 or offer any kind of solution to make it right. They said that because they gave the contacts they had to do an contact exam. Then they said that because the lady came in to help her get the left contact in that counted as the contact exam. We asked could we refund the glasses and they said yes. So instead of refunding the $90 for the fake contact exam they refunded the glasses that she paid for. For shady business decision made and not willing to fix it or make it right in any way. I'm pulling my business from them we got 3 pairs of glasses each year. I hope they see the error in the way they handled this situation and they correct the way they treat their next customer. I will not recommend them after this. Amend: unfortunately I will not be taking my review down. As I was in the office with my sister in law and witnessed everything that happened that day. (Harley Brantley) i do hope yall reach out to her and fix the situation I hate she had to cancel her glasses order with you all. I was so excited for her to finally find a good eye doctor once she moved here and then this happened.

Everyone at this practice is so incredibly kind and helpful, including the front desk staff, optometrists, and opticians. I've had nothing but positive experiences here and highly recommend them!

Edward's eye care is the BEST. I had to bring my son with me to the appointment and the whole staff made sure he was having a great time. They let him look at my eyes through the machine, brought him treasure box items, the whole works! The front staff is also SO incredibly kind and sweet. Lisa is the best! They went out of their way to make our experience personable and not just an in and out visit. I think the worst part about going to the eye doctor is feeling pressured into buying your contacts/glasses through that establishment, it was not like that here. There was no pressure about buying my contacts through Edwards eye care, they simply told me they wanted to keep me as a happy customer and therefore hoped I would get the best price, regardless of where that was. They ended up having the best price and I was more than happy to order through them. They were also very accommodating with me picking up my contacts and even put them in an after hours box for me to pickup at my convenience. The kindness and hospitality here is amazing. If you're needing a new eye doctor, this is your sign!! Go to edwards eye care! 10/10 reccomend. :)

I'm a new patient and this was the BEST experience I could have asked for. Dr. Gandhi was absolutely AMAZING! She was understanding, patience, and very knowledgeable. Ginger ( optician) was caring and patience while I tried to find the perfect sunglasses and she had some great suggestions. I can't wait to get my new sunglasses. Debbie I appreciate you taking the time to help me change my appt. Thank you all (Dr. Gandhi, Ginger, Debbie, Lisa and Michele ) for taking good care of me today. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting the office. My normal eye care place was closed for training the entire week. However, I needed to be seen for an urgent matter, and so was referred to Edwards Eye Care for an appointment. To say I was satisfied with my visit would be a complete understatement. I was BEYOND impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism that was provided to me as a first time patient. Everyone within the office was absolutely welcoming, timely, and courteous. Dr. Edwards himself was extremely friendly and actually listened to my concerns regarding the issues I was experiencing with my eye. He seemed genuinely interested in ensuring that I had a positive experience as a patient. Specifically, he took the time to review, in detail, the photos that were taken of each eye; thoroughly discussed the potential eye problem that had initially raised my concerns and led to my scheduling an appointment; and, conducted a very comprehensive examination to rule out any other eye conditions. I had left the office feeling assured that my concerns had been fully addressed. Overall, I'd definitely recommend Dr. Edwards and his services. In my opinion, he and his team are 100% outstanding. (And to be quite frank, based on my recent experience here, I am currently considering a switch of eye care providers!)

I really enjoy the quality of care here. Dr. Edwards is a very nice doctor who answers all questions and really has excellent bedside manner. My only complaint is that you are never given your prescription unless you very directly ask for a copy. I always forget - I assume the paper receipt they give you has the prescription on it - and have to go back to get it. I understand they try to sell glasses also and don't want customers taking the prescriptions to cheaper options, but it sure is a PITA to have to find time to go back to get a copy of my actual prescription.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. I had a convenient appointment within a few days of calling. Dr. Edwards was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything, and seemed to genuinely care about my eye health. Would recommend to friends, and will be returning.

I highly recommend Dr Edwards and his entire staff. They scheduled my appointment at a convenient time one day after I called to set up the appointment. Dr Edwards was ready to see me exactly at my scheduled appointment time and was very thorough and informative with all of my eye care questions and needs. His entire staff was fantastic. They spent a great deal of time with me helping me pick out my glasses and going over all of the lens options. Great Experience!!
