Eyes On Towne Lake

My daughter and I love Eyes On Towne Lake. Doctor and staff are great and welcoming. My daughter loves her glasses. She is trying contacts for the first time. Staff took the time to teach her how to put them and take them out. This will be our eye dr office for now on.

It was very difficult to find an affordable place to take my 3 year old daughter for an exam. I was referred here by another business that didn't take kids and we had a wonderful experience. The doctor was very thorough and my daughter got a nice pair of glasses at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I have been a patient at Eyes on Towne Lake since they opened in Woodstock. In the last few years I have had some problems with my vision and Dr. Dattolo has been a life saver! I have had fantastic experiences each visit and have referred a lot of family and friends to get their vision checked by Dr. Dattolo! Also, there are so many options for glasses for adults and children. Kelly will help you pick out a pair of glasses that are a great choice for you! They have a great selection of Ray Bans, Costas and Maui Jim sunglasses! WL 2025

Dr. Tattoo is a nice person, and she might be a good optometrist, but her "bedside" manner is definitely lacking...as it was made to look somewhat traumatic that my eyes are nowhere near perfect. The receptionist has been rude to me on a few occasions. She didn't respond to messages that I left on the voicemail service. It's been 6 months since my initial visit, and because of mistakes, miscommunication and misunderstanding, I'm just now getting my contacts...BUT I wasn't notified that they arrived at the office 2 weeks ago; instead, I had to track them down on my own. We will not be back.

I recently had an eye exam and purchased new glasses at Eyes on Towne Lake, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! Great group of women at Eyes On Towne Lake. My daughter is a patient and we loved the environment. We had a great experience and will be bring the whole family. Walked in the door to a great big smile and welcoming from the front desk. She called and found out my insurance with no problem. My daughters glasses are beautiful and the doctor did I great job. Very pleasant and explained everything in detail. Highly recommended!

Had a fabulous experience with Eyes on Towne Lake. First time taking my son and was very impress with the entire staff. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and great customer service. by Jasmine.at the front/ Town lake has a great selection of designer glasses which is exactly what I was looking for my son. Towne lake is for sure a step above Vision Works . The optician Kelly was friendly, and very knowledgeable, and gave my son great tips on the current trending glasses which I knew nothing about teenage styles, which was a bonus. Also Dr. Dallttolo is very detailed and treats you feel like family which is the best feeling. I give this location 6 stars.
