Family Eye Clinic at Towne Lake

Being a new patient at the office, I felt very welcomed. The staff was very kind and quick to get me back to the Dr. They shared that they just got new exam equipment that offers more detailed testing. I was super impressed with their frame selections and how knowledgeable their optician, Kaycee, was for lens options. I was really excited to see that they had Costa Del Mar sunglasses and never knew they had regular style glasses with Costa. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

My experience at family eye care was fantastic! When I broke my glasses, I was worried that I wouldn't find somewhere that had available slots. I explained to them my circumstances, and they were extremely communicative and fast with their process. While in the clinic, the location was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Ms. Kindyl and Dr. B were very helpful as they led me through my appointment. Ms. Kindyl told me about their new machines and equipment as she help me with my pre-screening, which are all very well kept. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend going here!

Friendly staff with little to no wait time. They get you in and out and it is a short wait before your glasses to arrive.

Took my wife, son, and daughter here today for annual eye exams. The staff was super courteous when I called to see if they accepted our insurance and once the appointments were made (with only a four day delay vs another eye clinic i called that said there were no open appointments until the end of June) they gave me great directions to their location. My only complaint is that Google Maps had their location off by about 500 yards, but as a contributor i took the time to edit their information and share that with the staff. The doctors are great, reception is amazing, and they kept a steady, organised flow the entire time we were there. The office is quite nice and quiet. There is a flatscreen on the wall for you to watch or keep little ones entertained. The waiting area is kept very neat and minimalist. I definitely recommend Family Eye Clinic in the Townlake Business Park. #FruiitcakeNation

Beware- Even with insurance this practice requires retina scanning every year. Which through most insurances ( Have peachstate for grandkids) isn't covered. They will not do an exam without it. So know that every single patient MUST pay this fee. My granddaughter has an Astigmatism and I was told that with that she couldn't have contacts. I know for a fact she was incorrect as another family member has them. I DON'T TRUST this Dr with our RX'S including adult and will be re- checking the grandchildren. Office management team needs retraining on how to handle patients. They are very rude! They tried to tell me after I already had notification grandchildren glasses were in that it would take 2 more weeks to get them since we had just had a disagreement with office staff.. Attitude much? These are children here, we are NOT going to let you play games. Last but not least my husband took off work and rearranged meeting to go to an appointment and showed up with a note on door that they were closed. No call in advance to let him know. And the number on note to call he left message and no call back to reschedule. This was a year ago for the issue with husband. It should have been our last red flag!

I want to say thank you to Dr.Bugenske. your so patience I haven't found a eye doctor that took the time out to explain to me about my eyes since I was 11 years old. Today you made my day !
