I had such a wonderful experience at my eye appointment today. It was my first time ever seeing an eye doctor, and I was honestly pretty nervous going in, but the entire team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Patel was fantastic, thorough, kind, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Raven was also amazing with helping me find a good glasses fit and April went above and beyond to help locate my insurance. My tech/nurse (I'm so sorry I can't remember her name; she had long brown hair!) was incredibly patient and reassuring throughout the exam. Everyone made the experience feel easy, comfortable, and very thorough. I'm leaving with peace of mind and a new prescription, and I'm so grateful for such a positive first visit. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience getting my glasses here, and I can't say enough good things about Erinn, who helped me. They were patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to help me find frames that fit my face and my style. Highly recommend if you want someone who truly cares about helping you feel confident in your choice!

The Dr and all the Nurses, Technicians, office staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. The Dr took the time to let me go at my own pace when checking my vision. Erinn spent time with me when selecting my new frames and provided good insights on what fit me best. All in all this is an excellent office to go to for your eyes

Update to say - April is SOOOO helpful! When we've had scheduling issues, prescription issues, I can always count on April to assist. Always have great service here. Dr. Patel is very thorough and the staff is friendly and professional. Erinn goes above and beyond to explain insurance allowances.

I had my appointment today and the front desk personal were excellent to deal with. They even fixed my sun glasses:) Dr Patel was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this practice.

The experience was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. Erinn closed things out wonderfully with explaining my insurance benefits and getting contacts ordered.

Dr. Patel is awesome and so patient! Erinn is amazing. She was so helpful with glasses and sunglasses and all the things including figuring out insurance!

My Eye Dr. hires the most genuine people. They truly care and make you feel special as soon as you walk in. Trust me, for eye care, they are the best!
