I went to see Dr. Yuen for cataracts. It was difficult to read because of the cloudiness and it affected my night driving. The glare became so bad that even using night driving glasses didn't help. Finally I went and had my cataracts replaced and it's the best thing I've done. I can see clearly with no disruptive glare at night. Dr. Yuen and his staff are professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the different replacement lens so I could make an informed decision. I chose the multi-focal lens and love it. The procedure was quick, just very mild discomfort during the procedure but once you're done no pain at all! Recovery was fast and the next day I was driving again. I'm glad I didn't wait to have my cataracts replaced.

Dr. Yuen and his staff not only provide the best eye care, they care about our overall health in this pandemic. I love their fabric face masks: comfy, good facial coverage with minimal restriction and good filter insert. Best of all, the mask brings out the Aloha spirit.... something we need to lift us up in this challenging time!

Wow! What a great experience with Dr. Carlton Yuen and his staff. I did a procedure to correct my lower lids and my results are amazing! I had one of the best surgeons to do my procedure. I give Dr Yuen at Aloha Vision Consultants 5 stars because I believe in what they do! And the results proves it!!!

I was told my glasses would be ready in about 3 weeks. I waited waited waited Never heard a thing. After almost 2 months I finally called and was told my glasses were indeed ready. I picked them up and within five days the screw fell out of the left side holding the temple. Id been very careful with the glasses yet upon arriving after calling and explaining the situation, was told it was my negligence and will thus cost $50 to repair. Obviously they broke due to low quality workmanship and from what I experienced I Wouldn't be surprised if they were intentionally designed to fall apart in order to charge me $50

Recently I had a procedure done on my upper lids which was painless at the surgery center with Dr Yuen. From the beginning I felt very comfortable he gave me the confidence that everything will be fine. The staff at the surgery center were very professional and they followed the procedures for Covid very well. I highly recommend Dr Yuen at the Aloha Vision Consultants!

Thanks to Dr. Carlton Yuen, after 25 years of being almost blind with my right eye, now I can see! I had cornea transplant many years ago but it did not help my eyesight on my right eye. I was told that even cataract surgery would not help my eyesight much. Because of my distorted cornea and very strong astigmatism, it was a very difficult surgery to correct my vision. Thanks to Dr. Yuen's skill and new machine he and several other doctors purchased about a year ago, my surgery was a great success! Now I can pass a driving test without glasses with my right eye. I cannot express enough my gratitude to Dr. Yuen who meticulously planned my challenging surgery using the newest technology. I full-heartedly recommend Dr. Yuen!

Dr Yuen is an excellent eye doctor who has competent staff that provide exceptional service. Does not rush through his patients and dedicates time to talk and answer questions. Very convenient location. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking an eye doctor.

This is the place to have your cataracts removed. Get the laser surgery. I had become blind in my left eye following a retina detachment with subsequent cataract development. I've been wearing eyeglasses or contacts for many years. Now, I don't even need eyeglasses. The experience was very positive.
