From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Scheduling my appointment was simple, and they even called a few days prior to confirm, go over insurance details, and make sure I knew the location a thoughtful touch that made me feel prepared.
On the day of my appointment, I was greeted with friendly, professional customer service. As soon as I checked in, I was taken to the back where the exam process began immediately, quick, smooth, and efficient.
The doctor saw me within minutes of finishing the preliminary exams. Even without prior records to compare, he was able to provide an accurate prescription based on the information I gave him!
No unnecessary tests or delays. He was professional, fast, and even had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, it was quick, easy, and genuinely one of the best healthcare experiences I've had. I'll definitely be coming back every year!

Went to Len's Crafter's Pearlridge for an unexpected eye exam. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted. Receptionist was very welcoming. Haven't had eye exam over 10 years, I was unsure of what an eye exam entailed but was very pleasantly surprised by the technology used to complete the exam. Dr. and assistants were very professional and made me feel very comfortable during each segment of the exam. Sales associates too were happy to assist! The entire process was a great experience. We'll definitely return for future optical needs.

Optometry is supposed to be boring. A chart of letters, a clicking lens, the question better one or two until you guess. Glasses are glasses. Yearly exams are chores.
Dr. Trinh Pham changes that. He brings in technology that feels sharp and modern, tools that make the process precise rather than tedious. He explains things as he goes so you understand what he is looking at and why it matters. There is professionalism in how he carries himself, but also youthful energy and a visible zest for life, as if he has figured out how to enjoy every moment and bring that into the exam room.
