Omphroy Eye Care: Luis Omphroy, M.D.

Dr. Luis Omphroy is an outstanding doctor, he is professional, caring, and incredibly easy to talk to. He truly takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable and valued at every visit. His staff is just as wonderful, they're friendly, welcoming, and genuinely people oriented. Every appointment feels more like catching up with friends than a doctor's visit. Great staff, great doctor, he's simply the best!

I would highly recommend this practice to all, because the care is excellent. The staff is friendly, efficient and fun. I am always greeted warmly with a smile and by name. Dr Omphroy is very personable, kind and caring. I have seen Dr Omphroy for routine eye exams and having cataract surgery. I thank God for his excellent surgical skills. This is the best eye doctor and staff I have ever seen.

Staff was pleasant; the MA whom I was "asigned" to managed her time very well, she had an aura of good vibes, made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Luis Omphroy was pleasant to be around too. He was very informative and made me feel like a patient, not a number. I was able to get an appointment for my surgery before I left the office. Thank you Dr. Omphroy and team. Two thumbs up. I look forward to seeing you guys again.

The staff was very warm and very welcoming! Dr.Omphroy was very kind, and I appreciated that he attempted (and was successful!) to connect with my dad by taking keen notice of the brand name on my father's jacket. It may not seem like a huge gesture to some, but he personalized my nervous dad's first visit with him and for us, that set the tone for every visit from now on.

My first visit to Dr. Omphroy was a positive one. The doctor and his staff was very warm and friendly. My husband and I had our first visit with Dr. Luis Omphroy. We were both warmly welcomed in and Jenn knew who we were, based on our appointment schedule. After completing paperwork, we were called in separately for our individual appointment. I was assisted by Cory, who was so pleasant and friendly, she made me feel at home while updating for my medical record and obtaining a baseline for my vision. She asked if my eyes could be dilated and was very thorough in explaining the different eye drops that would be used in the process. Before returning to the waiting area, Cory asked if I wanted to be seen by Dr Omphroy together with my husband, which was absolutely fine. It was a brief moment before seeing Dr Omphroy. Once called into the examining room, he pleasantly introduced himself to us with a nice handshake and also introduced us to Remly (not sure if I got her name correct) who recently received here degree and shadowing doctor. Both my husband and I were so happy with Dr. Luis Omphroy services and answered our concerns with comforting words. We're grateful our previous eye doctor recommended us to see him. We will definitely recommend Dr. Luis Omphroy to our family members and friends.

Dr. Omphroy & his staff are outstanding. They are kind, supportive and caring. They greet you by your name, are patient and take the time ensure you are comfortable. Having any type of surgery is nerve wrecking, however, they answer your questions and put you at ease. So extremely thrilled with my experience and results of the cataract surgery.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Omphroy's office since my primary eye doctor moved to the mainland and I have to say, I'm very impressed! His staff is very friendly, parking is convenient and Dr. Omphroy is knowledgeable and personable. He spent time getting to know me, explained my options for cataracts and patiently listened to my other concerns. I can't be happier to be in his care and looking forward to my future visits.
