Very knowledgeable and friendly, however I wish he would've explained things before he did them. It was my first time getting my eyes dialated (which he was aware of) and I was unaware of all the side effects besides "bring in sunglasses ". I also wish I could've removed my own contacts as I saw him touching other things before touching my eye. I also would've liked to put them back in myself as I wash my hands directly before touching them and he did not.
