Great experience! The Doctor was incredibly personal! He took special time to make each one of my appointments (4 children and myself) feel very individualized and explained in detail each child's eye health. Those that needed glasses had a plethora for selection, and they came in in less than a week. Since getting them, I have"dropped by" unannounced for tightening the glass, fixing lenses and/or straightening the glasses. Each time, they have been fixed immediately and with great care! The office management is also SUPERB!!

My family has been going to Family Eye Care Associates in Kapolei for years. Dr. Todd is the best! I've had eye problems that needed to be taken care of right away, and Dr. Todd has always made time for me. It's true that the frame selection in the office is small, but they will order the frames that you want. I'm really surprised by the bad reviews. We have always had a good experience there.

Doctor is amazing!!! Always offers different options when I see him. Front office is super nice and show much aloha and professionalism. I really don't know why they only have 2 & a half stars. But hey, thanks for the service. My appointments haven't been more smooth. Other offices they'd keep me waiting, the doctor is always on schedule when seeing patients

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would, but unfortunately I have to give them at least one to write this review. I had ordered glasses through them with thin lenses. After almost a month of waiting for them to come in (they had come in before with lenses popping out... NO WONDER) the glasses came with lenses SUPER EXTRA THICK. After being completely unsatisfied with the way my glasses looked, I requested a refund. I would like to note that I didn't even step out the door with the glasses, I left it with them. I constantly had to keep coming in and calling them to get my refund, this was extremely frustrating. After a MONTH of waiting for a refund, I received a check with only 30% of what I had paid. My frustration and deception with this place resulted with me being stolen of 60% of what I paid for the glasses THEY KEPT. Moral of the story, I have NO GLASSES and was STOLEN of my money. Please DO NOT come here, go to any other eye doctor but DO NOT come here.

Thought I had an appointment scheduled today. Got a call 30 minutes before asking when I'd like to schedule my appointment... this was a week after submitting it online. Why even have a system to request a date and time. Highly disappointed that I could have found a different doctor within the week that I waited before even being contacted.

The Doctor is AWESOME. Been hounded for MONTHS on a purchase I made for FULL PRICE on a second pair of glasses I bought. The frame selection is minimal. I'm out

Super great office, very kind and helpful staff, the doctor was super helpful and explained everything very well. Very happy with my experience here strongly suggest this office for any vision needs!

Came in right at appointment time and they got me in & out. Everyone was friendly.
