Aspen Ridge Eye Care - Dr. Jerry Carlson, OD

The staff is the best! From front desk to doctor; they are extremely kind, welcoming, and caring. I feel like they stay on top of the newest technology in eye care and keep a clean office space.

Aspen Ridge office staff is the best! They go above and beyond for their patients and you will feel like life long friends when you leave. Dr Carlson is very thorough and takes time to explain and answer questions.

My family and I have been coming here for around 3 or 4 years now. We always feel welcome and cared for. They are also incredibly understanding of financial differences/problems and will work to make sure that doesn't get in the way of good vision. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I've had a decently good experience at Aspen Ridge. The front staff is amazing as well as Dr Carlson. My one complaint- I was seen over a month ago for new contacts. I enjoyed my visit. I paid up front with a debit card for the visit and a years supply of contacts. However, my payment didn't clear until last night. The payment was roughly $500. I was called this afternoon to let me know the payment had cleared. Luckily, I had enough money in that account, so it didn't cause any overdraft problems. I appreciated the call to let me know the payment was cleared, but would've liked some notice so I could make arrangements if I needed to.

Loved this office and staff! Had my first appt there today and they were all so great. I had to bring my 2 year old with me, which can be a little stressful, and they were so patient and accommodating and friendly. They played with her and gave her candy and turned on a show for her while I looked at frames. Dr. Carlson was super nice and gave me a great updated prescription and thorough eye check up. He was professional and friendly. I'll definitely be sticking around this place for my annual eye appts and probably will have my husband and kids go here too. Oh and I didn't have to wait at all either, which is a huge plus. Office was clean and nice, and their glasses selection wasn't bad. I got some cute modern frames and will probably bring in some frames for them to put new lenses in. They are super accommodating.

I've been seeing Dr. Carlson for about ten years and like him the best of all the optometrists I've seen throughout my life. His office is friendly and efficient (no long waits and always prompt about letting me know when my glasses or contacts are ready), and he is always thorough and lets me know my options. And as a contact lens wearer with astigmatism, I especially appreciate that he will finesse my prescription until the lenses fit absolutely right. Great care.

I took the whole family to Aspen Ridge Eye Care for the first time for eye exams. Dr. Carlson did an excellent job overall. I was especially impressed with his interaction with my two kids (4 & 7). This was my 4 yr olds first eye exam and he was a bit nervous. With Dr. Carlson, my son calmed down and enjoyed the exam. With my 7 year old, she had been given some glasses at a different doctor 2 years ago. Dr. Carlson told me that he didn't think they were necessary at this time. It was obvious that he had the patient's best interest in mind and wasn't trying to sell things to make more money. We'll gladly go back to see him for our next exams.

Dr Carlson is the best! He takes the time to listen to my needs. He worked closely with me to pick the right contacts for my eyes. He let me try a few different brands until we found the best fit. I recommend him to everyone that needs an eye Doctor.
