I was running about 5 minutes behind for my contact lens fitting. When I arrived I waited an additional 15 minutes as the person ahead of me was taking longer than expected to be fitted. I was checked on by at least 3 individuals during that 15 minutes to ask if I'd been helped and that I would be helped shortly. I'd say it was worth the wait! I was taken back by Emma to check my current contacts. She apologized for the lengthy wait, but she was worth it. She was kind, hilarious, patient, and informative. A few contact options needed to be ordered for me to try the following week. I'm really glad I was able to work with Emma and the CDA Optical team. I look forward to having them as my new eye doctor!

Went in got eye exam then went over to your cda store ordered Glasses . receive glasses within two weeks great .but wrong they didn't put in my transition lens . Beware Ask for idem list of what you paid for they will just give you a basic receipt and then just give what there sent without making sure there done right . Now waiting again for new lens . Not recommended hurd you thru like cattle.

Optician Atosa is absolutely fantastic! She explained our vision benefits very clearly and made sure we maxed them out here before he end of the calendar year. Not only is Atosa extremely professional, she is also very friendly and warm. You can tell she loves her job! I can't recommend Atosa highly enough!
