Coeur d'Alene Vision Source is a great business. Dr Greene and his staff are very kind and efficient. I always feel comfortable in there. They take their time with you picking out glasses. As well as taking the time during your examination to make sure that you're seeing clearly. I had been going to them for many years before I decided to try somebody else. And I'm now back because they provide a great service and make me feel comfortable. Thank you to the entire staff.

Have been seeing Dr. Green for many years. Today was my annual visit. He was courteous and helpful as was the entire staff! The young lady who I saw before Dr. Green was so personable and the young lady helping me with new frames was so sweet, kind and helpful! The ambience in their new office is perfect! Dr. Green's wife has the best design taste!

CDA vision source went above a beyond my expectations!! Not only was the staff super friendly and inviting but the atmosphere was as well. They have snacks and drinks while you wait in the beautifully decorated lobby. The equipment used for my eye exam was very advanced like nothing I had experienced before. I got a better understanding of how my eyes work during my visit. With my insurance I was unable to get an appointment covered; though they quickly guided me through a program to make payments and still be able to get my vision needs assessed. I was able to get contacts the same day of my exam with no waiting required. The staff was quick to address trying out different brands of contacts that would better suit my financial needs. I truly recommend visiting CDA's vision source an look forward to coming back in the future.

I have not been to an eye doctor in 30+ years and wasn't sure what my issues were. The experience at CDA Vision from the moment I hit the door was relaxing and educational at the same time. Every person there spent the time necessary to get to the root of my issues and offer all available solutions. Just had my annual eye exam and, as always, the people at Coeur d'Alene Vision Source were terrific. The front desk reception was very welcoming, the optometric technician was professional and made me feel comfortable while she measured everything imaginable about my eyes, and Dr. Greene himself is just the best. My appointment moved along smoothly so my time and theirs was used efficiently. Overall, a great visit!

Nice quiet office and great staff. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the person who helped me pick out my glasses (Hunter, I believe). She was super friendly and easygoing, and she has great taste. The first pair of glasses she recommended to me was exactly what I would've picked out myself!

I made an appointment over the phone a couple weeks prior but when I showed up they didn't have me on the schedule. It was a bit of a bummer because it took almost 2 hours since they had to squeeze me in, and I had coordinated childcare for this. However, mistakes happen and I am understanding of that! Outside of this, the staff is wonderful and friendly. I have been coming here for years.

This place was great -what a wonderful experience all around the Dr was really nice and took his time , Great prices on name brand frames The only complaint is I found out that bifocals were the best option, and realizing I'm getting old - but that is an outside issue I was thinking anything that anyone could do better and there's absolutely nothing. It was a really great painless experience with both eye exam and getting frames and lenses. I highly recommend this in the CDA area.
