A big thank you to Tanya and Katy for their patience and helpfulness in explaining different options with insurance coverage and helping me pick new frames! Tanya was a pro and selected a pair of frames I fell in love with, I can't wait until they come in!

Tami was amazing! She helped me with two different frames and made exchanging one of them easy and pleasant. She even helped me shape the frames to fit my face by molding the arm pieces, which is something I didn't know could be done. She was very knowledgeable and knew a lot, not only about ShopKo but other frame shops in town. I would highly recommend working with Tami if you're shopping for frames at this location.

Wonderful experience here all around! Katie was amazing, she was extremely friendly, when I came in she connected with me, remembering my husband and asking about our son. She was thorough in prepping me to see Dr Haley and when I was done with my exam she was helpful in purchasing my contacts and even found a rebate for me. Before leaving she reminded me about the discount when I purchase eyewear within 30 days of my exam and told me I needed to bring my son in when I come back. She left a positive lasting impression! Moving on Dr Haley was fantastic! All I can say is she knows her stuff and cares about what she does! She gave me much needed and appreciated tough love, she addressed all of my concerns and found answers to why I was having so many vision problems. She recommended new contacts and updated my prescription to help with some of the symptoms I was experiencing. My husband recommended Shopko CDA to me and I recommended to my daughter, needless to say you have our families business!

Great customer service! The best I have been to! This eye doctor puts heart in all she does and sincerely cares for her clients well being and makes sure she takes care of them in all aspects! The Lady that orders the glasses and sets me up with them explained every detail and even picked the best glasses for me! They were all amazing in the office and also helped us out with scheduling issues due to an unforseen family emergency! I recommend Shopko optical above all others! I have been very messed up by 2 eye places previously. These ladies will NOT disappoint.....

I've been going here for almost 20 years now!! I love this place to bits and refuse to go anywhere else. Dr. Hailey is also such a fantastic woman and so intelligent and caring. When I had a ruptured blood vessel in my eye she gave me her personal cell number and told me to call her anytime if I have any complications.

Dr. Haley and her entire staff at Shopko Optical CDA are amazing! Not only are they knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, but they also fully support natural remedies for good eye health (and health in general)! Shopko Optical is such an amazing place to go for your eye needs. They are super knowledgeable and explain everything in clear manner. I've had to go in a couple of times for different things (eye checks, ordering new contacts, eye infections, etc.) every interaction has been super pleasant and informant. They are also kid friendly. I am a stay at home mom and have my kiddo with me most of the time. They make my daughter feel super welcome and are patient with us. ( my daughter is 3 and can be a handful sometimes). I've never had a bad experience and would recommend any family and friends to them for all their eye needs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
