Experienced targeting issue while competing. Difficulty tracking targets while moving. Facial tension, complete exhaustion after competitive events. Several months into therapy and have seen a tremendous change. Excited for the future. So happy to have found Focus Vision Therapy. We are incredibly lucky to have Dr. Lewis and his staff in the Treasure Valley. Only regret is not starting sooner.

I had health issues that affected my eyes which resulted in complex problems. I experienced difficuly with my eyes teaming together, difficulty reading and focusing, and I even became slightly cross-eyed. After 7 months of eye therapy I had greatly improved and after some more time passed I healed even more. I am so grateful for how Dr. Lewis has really cared and did such an excellent job of evaluating and treating my eyes. I also really enjoyed my therapist Chelsea. She was great at assessing my therapy exercises and needs. I didn't realize how affective eye therapy is. It's because it is working to correct the correspondence between the brain and eyes to correct the root problem.

Dr Lewis and his staff genuinely care about my son and their patients. I have watched my child go from barely a 1st grade reading level, to 4th grade in less then 6 months. Not to mention his hand and eye coordination and self confidence. This diagnosis and treatment was a blessing. I would absolutely recommend focus vision therapy to anyone .

The consult appointment was flawless and exciting. My son was dreading the thought of "therapy" but is now excited to return after seeing all the modalities used to help his eyes and brain communicate. As a mother who has witnessed the struggle from 1st-3rd grade hearing this can all be corrected is such a relief.

My 10 year old daughter was struggling in school. Reading was difficult, handwriting was atrocious, and she struggled with math. I came across an article about vision therapy and ended up finding Focus Vision Therapy through a Google search. Thank goodness I did! We had her evaluated and sure enough, she has a binocular vision disorder that is making EVERYTHING harder for her. She's now been in vision therapy for about 6 months and the changes are dramatic!! Her reading and handwriting have improved exponentially and she is abld to focus better in school. We are SO excited about the results and she still has a few months to go!

I walked away emotional from relief. I did not know how much my son suffered and how much he carried until my initial visit with Focus Vision Therapy Center. I'm excited for him to receive the long needed help!

Dr Lewis and his team took the time to listen to my concerns about my double vision. He and his team did a great job with assessing baseline levels of functioning. He also communicated that his personal experience with vision problems helped him develop a passion for serving others experiencing similar challenges.
