Dr Morfoot was fantastic. I was referred from a friend and happy I took her recommendation! Dr Morfoot took his time and listened to my issues and addressed all of them. He took his time and was thorough. Great doctor! Highly recommend!

Two visits and both times "eye" was impressed. The facility is really nice, the staff even nicer and my doctor is excellent.

Dr. Morfoot has been our family's trusted eye doctor for many years, providing professional, caring, and reliable service for all five of us. We've always appreciated the exceptional care we've received from him and his team. However, this week we encountered a disappointing issue for the second time. My husband's prescription was written incorrectly again, with the + and - being swapped. When I called to address the mistake, I was met with rudeness and a lack of concern. I requested to cancel all upcoming appointments for our family, and the staff showed no hesitation or effort to retain us as clients, even though we've been loyal patients for years. Rather than offering to correct their error directly, they instructed us to take the glasses with the incorrect prescription elsewhere to have the lenses replaced with the corrected one. This lack of accountability and care, especially after the same mistake happened twice, has unfortunately led us to the decision to switch to a new eye care provider. It's truly disappointing because Precision Eye Care has been so great to our family for so long. However, the mishandling of this situation has left us with no choice but to move on.

Precision Eye Care, and Dr. Joe are phenomenal!! They were able to get me in on an emergency basis. Thank you to the wonderful receptionist and Dr. Joe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have been going there for a while for myself but when I called to scheduled appointment for myself and my two kids, I was told they are not available till November 27th, the last time slot is 4pm and they are not able to accommodate all three of us together hence it will waste to take a day off. I asked the front desk staff like it's not very accommodating and she answered in a very rude way that " our doctors has families" so yea we all have some type of families. She continue to keep telling me that when she has appointment she will take a PTO day and what not and this is how it's going to be and how are you going to run an eye center with no appointments available after 4pm or weekends?? Make it make sense people with jobs they will have to take multiple days off work to bring their children?? So disappointing how the staff member treated me on the phone, I could just tell that she is totally spoiled at work and given a pass several time insulting patients and customers.

The second I walked in the door I was greeted by Yvonne then onto paperwork with Denise then to Dr Byer!!! What a wonderful staff in this office. Dr Byer was wonderful... there was no judgment... just telling me how to make my vision better. Loved it. I mean seriously, they made this experience so nice. Why can't my dentist be this enjoyable? lol

We have been patients of Dr. Morfoot for a few years now. I feel the need to put out a review after our visit today. My 7 year old had a bit of a panic attack with one of the very simple parts of the exams. I tried to stay patient, but it was so very hard as these are nothing but preventative tests. Dr. Joe stepped up as an amazing doctor and was so very patient with her. He went above and beyond to help her, to say im thankful he's our doctor is an understatement. Thank you again, Dr. Joe! And happy birthday!

I chose Precision based off the glowing reviews. I was a new patient and Dr. Morfoot took awesome care of me. I received an extensive and detailed eye exam that lasted over an hour, and he made sure I understood what he was doing and what he was looking for during each step of the process. This facility uses space-age technology compared to what I was used to with previous eye care places. The office is well laid-out and the receptionists are friendly and patient. Setting up my prescription order was painless as well. I applaud them for figuring out my crazy insurance situation, something other places would get frustrated over. I will recommend Precision to ANYONE in the area looking for knowledgeable and professional eye care specialists.
