Antioch Eye Associates

This review is a long time coming. Back in July a day before my daughter's wedding I got particles of an old blue tarp in my eye trying to transport furniture to the wedding venue during the rain. My eye was bothering me all day and the day of the wedding I woke up with my eye completely swollen, obviously not so good for the mother of the bride. I tried calling several places and didn't get an answer from anyone and then my best friend recommend I call and see if one of the doctors from Antioch Eye Associates could see me on an emergency basis. I had no idea where the office was located at and I had not been to the eye doctor in years. I left a desperate message in hopes that someone would call back on a Saturday morning- knowing they were closed for the day. I knew my chances were slim to none since I was not a client, but within 5 minutes I got a call telling me to meet them at the office so they could help me out. I was in shock and so very grateful for their support and willingness to see me on an emergency basis. There was no hesitation, just a wonderful family business that still knows amazing customer service with such empathy for others. I am truly beyond grateful for helping get me back on track for my daughter's wedding. I did do a follow up and called in again as my eye was still bothering me a few days later. Again zero hesitation and they fit me in to their busy schedule the same day. If you are looking for amazing people that have a passion for their clients then this is definitely the place for you. My son will be coming here from now on for all his eye care needs. Thank you again to everyone for your incredible kindness and wonderful team.

I had gotten something in my eye and they were able to get me in asap! Front desk was very kind and helpful. Dr Crawford was able to see me within minutes. Friendly but professional. Great experience. I would highly recommend.

Everything about this place is great. You're greeted with a friendly receptionist who will get you entered and through the system quickly. Then you'll meet the optometrist version of a nurse who will perform several test really quickly with you. Which doesn't include that annoying air spray thing in the eye. And immediately after you'll meet with your optometrist who will happily answer any of your questions and explain the whole process out with you. Dr Christian seems like a real cool guy and I'm going to make this place the only optometrist I'll ever go to. You'll be in and out with a prescription in 40 minutes. Can't get any better than that.

I recently was able to get in for an appointment, due to a cancelation. The care I received during the very busy holiday season was unbelievable! Dr Christian provided amazing personalized care. I highly recommend Antioch Eye Associates!

I appreciate dr. Connie's care for her patience here. She treated me with care and respect. She assisted me with finding alternative glasses for my vision. She provide alot of care to follow up soon with her. The only area of opportunity was the staff rushed me to get forms completed and rushed me before seeing the doctor. Other than that she Dr Connie specifically was amazing! Thank you!

The whole staff is so welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable. I always feel welcomed when I walk in the doors for my annual appointment. Dr. Cretors is so kind and very patient with her clients. Highly recommend her and the team to others.

Just picked up my first pair of glasses from here and wow, they got them right! I have a -10 lense w bifocal needs and finding a place that gets the progressive lens lined up correctly has been crazy. I'm so pleased w Antioch Eye Assoc. From the moment I called, to walking in the door, to the eye exam and being fitted for glasses and contacts, I felt heard and welcomed. This is my 4 new place in 4 years and I am so grateful I found someone I will be able to come back to again and again! Thank you so much to the team at AEA!
