While I LOVE Dr. Lewinson (patient of 11 years) this staff at Shopko need some training. Their follow-up through and customer service skills are poor. If you are looking for support and communication look elsewhere.

Went to Shopko in Antioch, IL. The service by staff was exceptional. My favorite person was the Optometrist, Dennis Lewinson. O.D. He gave me more information on my vision than I had ever been given before. He also told me what to look out for & things I never had been told before about my eyes. It is the first time I every enjoyed a visit to the eye doctor. I ordered my glasses & look forward to receiving them. I will post again after I receive my glasses. I would highly recommend Shopko in Antioch, Il. Great Service & Staff.
