Doctor was nice, and this review has more to do with the operational oddities ...The fact that if a trial lens they gives you rips, and their reaction is "well just wear your glasses", it kind of makes me question the quality of the service I'm getting. If Costco and Walmart are able to replace it, but a place that specializes in Glasses and Lenses can't, but then still expects you to pay for a prescription, it makes you question whether they value your business or you're just another customer. Last time here. Going forward, going back to Costco, only reason I switched was because this was closer. Opportunity cost is not worth it.

I'm sharing my review not as a patient of America's Best, as the wife of a patient. We needed a receipt for my husband's purchase at America's Best. I called the store and spoke with Ashley. You see, I had just been released from a stay in a hospital and desperately needed this receipt. She was so kind and helpful to me after giving her a run around as to who and how we were going to pick this up from her. I think I called her 3-4 times. Every time I called she was so understanding, respectful and professional! I'm strictly writing this review because of her actions and how she handled my situation and did everything to meet our needs. My exam was fast and easy. Ashley helped me pick out frames and was patient and incredibly helpful. I would be happy to work with her EVERY time I had to come in. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was because 2 of the frames I wanted did not come in different colors. I would have bought more!

Everyone at this office was super helpful, specially Isabella who guided me through the whole process and got me the best prices possible. Love this place

Recently got contacts and it was a really good experience. Timely, clean, friendly, and quality care. I went somewhere else a year ago for contacts and they did no follow up to ensure they were right. This time around was a lot more thorough!

Walked in and met the staff which blew us away instantly. Everyone from the person at the front desk to the optometrist herself were smiling genuinely and had me and my mom laughing. Thank everyone there including Litzi who was kind enough to answer my question "Would you rather lose your glasses on rollercoaster or br stuck there for over 2 hours?" Thank you all for amazing service. Spoiler alert: Litzi chose losing her glasses
