I had the best experience at this location. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and you could genuinely tell they cared about their customers. The doctor talked me through every step and answered all of my questions. She was warm, comforting, and made me feel completely at ease while discussing some eye concerns.

I had an awesome visit at Target Optical in Arlington Heights yesterday. Dr. Awan was wonderful. She was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. She took her time and the appointment didn't feel rushed. Thank you for your caring service. I would also like to mention the staff in the front, they were very welcoming. The gentleman named Glen was especially very helpful. He took his time to look up my insurance and resolved an issue I was having. He was also very friendly and helped me select a new pair of eyeglasses. I left there extremely happy. What more can you ask for? Thank you for your impeccable customer service!
