Outstanding! I hadn't been to the eye doctor in 10 yrs! My girlfriend convinced me to go and it was an awesome experience! Im definitely a coward when it comes to going near my eyes. From the time I got there I was treated like royalty by everyone I spoke with. Dr. Kristen was amazing as were her assistants who performed other exams on me. This went from a anxious situation to an unbelievably enjoyable experience! I would highly recommend Lens Crafters in Arlington Heights for a personable, professional and affordable visit! Well experience was bad since the beginning. I called to ask about an online order & they said they had no clue they don't see that information or have access to online orders-understandable. So then I chatted online & they said my glasses were ready for pick up. I went in and I was told they couldn't find them & if I was sure they were ready for pickup. I checked in my email & YES they should be ready so she went back and came back with them-annoying! Got my glasses love them & today I get an email from their store that they are ready DEC 1st when I picked them up on NOV 26! They were going to make me wait that long? Never having anything mailed for pick up there! Do better.

The service here is not worth it. Not only is the staff unkind but they make me feel like a burden when I have a question that requires them to do their job. I was trying on contacts and the doctor laughed that I was 19 and trying them for the first time. She made me feel embarrassed. This isn't the first time I've had poor service. I honestly dread coming here. I KNOW they will make me wait 30-40 minutes for mediocre service.
The only reason I return is because the incredible Danny. Especially when I was trying contacts she was incredible. She was welcoming, sincere, good at her job, and kind. People like Danny should be running this place!!! Thank you Danny for making me feel comfortable. I hope your staff one day takes after you.
