Hello! I wanted to leave a real review not only on my own behalf but also on behalf of my entire family! We have known Dr. Eugenia Lomazov for a long time, since about 2019-2020. First of all, Dr. Eugenia is kind and sympathetic, always attentive to her patients! Every time my wife, our son and I go to see her with pleasure. Both for an annual examination and diagnosis and for the selection of new glasses, treatment. We always have a huge number of questions about the eyes, both in terms of age-related changes and in terms of certain diseases that primarily affect vision. And we always have answers to our questions with explanations. I recommend this doctor as a good specialist, a kind and sincere person!

My wife and I were patients of Assure Vision for several years before moving out of state in 2013. When we returned to the area a decade later and considered where to seek eye care, we knew that there was one place we were sure would be able to provide excellent eye care and would offer stylish frames and high quality lenses: Assure Vision. Dr. Eugenia Lomazov is a very friendly and caring doctor who takes an interest in her patients. Assure Vision stocks a wide variety of designer frames at various price points. The staff I have interacted with, including Larry Lamazov, provide excellent service, guiding patients through the process of picking out new frames and lenses, explaining at every step the options as they relate to insurance. I recently purchased a new pair of glasses including frames from the designer Ken Okayama and Larry took great care to make adjustments to ensure a good and comfortable fit. I can't say enough about how much I enjoy being back in the area so that I can resume my relationship with Assure Vision and continue to be a patient for years to come.

I purchased two pair of eyeglasses from Assure Vision in Arlington Heights and found the service and selection to be excellent! I don't make decisions quickly, and Michelle let me take my time, and offered excellent advice as I tried on frames. I am extremely pleased with my selections, and get compliments on my frames often!

Let me start off by saying I have never written a poor review on a business until this one. I went in for a basic eye exam, and they performed multiple tests without my consent and later charged me for them. I made it clear by telling them I didn't want to order contacts that day, but they charged me for them anyway, claiming they had the "best prices" after I mentioned I would like to shop around and consider all my options first before placing the order. After sharing this, they assured me they wouldn't place the order without my approval, but the charge of over $600 went through immediately. If they did not have my approval to place the order, then I should not have been charged. It's unfortunate that the actions of the front desk staff have resulted in a negative review of the entire practice, because the doctor was very kind. However, the unprofessional behavior and lack of transparency from the front desk staff completely overshadowed any positive experience with the doctor. If someone didn't advocate for themselves, they would undoubtedly be taken advantage of here. This company clearly has a habit of exploiting customers. I'm sure they'll respond to this review with some condescending, "you sound upset..." or "it's not us, it's you" excuse, just like they have with every other negative review, which is unprofessional and proves my point on how they go about treating their patients. But the truth is, performing non-consensual tests and charging patients for orders they have not approved is completely unethical. Nobody should trust a business that operates like this. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They don't respect your consent or you as a person.

I enjoy coming to Assure Vision. The service is excellent. I came here over 10 years ago and loved it then. However, I moved away. Recently I returned to the area & looked forward to renewing my relationship with Assure Vision because the service was so good in the past. And I am happy to say, it is still good. I didn't see Dr. Lomazov this time, but in the past she was pleasant & thorough in her exam. My prescriptions always turned out well. Her husband, Larry runs the office and he has been very helpful in helping me pick out frames. He doesn't rush me and has a good eye for what looks good and stylish. He is also very thorough and explains everything about the options to your prescriptions. He takes his time to make sure the glasses fit properly & the prescription is correct. If there is ever any problems, you can always return for follow-up. Thank you, Larry!!!

Assure vision and Dr. Larry Lomazov have provided my very best experience in get exceptional eye wear. The Ken Okayama frames that the unique retail in the US are fantastic. The design and comfort are wonderful. The work to get my prescription applied remotely went very well and the service model is unparalleled. I give AssureVision my very highest recommendation.
