The first visit in general was excellent. The staff is friendly & professional. My only complaint: the long wait between initial tests and seeing Dr Osgood. Apparently my arrival wasn't entered correctly as being Dr Osgood's patient &/or not listed as "ready to be seen". My fault for not asking about the long wait sooner. Second visit- long wait between initial tests & seeing Dr Osgood, but will continue to see her.
